Day 2 of the apple challenge

♤Breakfast: 2 apples.
♤Lunch: 2 apples.
♤Dinner: 3 apples.
Notes: My hunger wasn't as drastic as yesterday's, but it definitely lasted longer. I also had a mild headache, which turned into a big one at 6pm, so I had to take medicine to feel better. The only good thing I perceived is that my skin feels softer, and my face and tummy are less bloated.

♤And for dinner, 0, because I had a stomach ache.
Notes: When I woke up I felt feverish, because I usually have a big breakfast, so yeah... morning was kinda tough. But as the day went on, I progressively felt better.
