Audrey as a character had SO much potential imo and it was basically slaughtered in mid-late season 2. I was also really disappointed to see her scenes in the return. I mean obviously the point of the things that happened in the return was to show that the cycle of violence and abuse had continued in twin peaks, and that Audrey was a part of that.. but god it was just so brutal. Like the segments back in twin peaks in the return (being general, mostly not just Audrey’s bits) were so brutal that I honestly don’t want to watch them again. I just wish she could have been able to grow and improve as a character but... idk.
