How to Spot a Deceptive Document

In light of this Kique/Zirvasity drama, I did want to point out a few 'flaws' in Kique's document to show that he's being less than truthful. Ignoring the two users that infested Tumblr trying to stir up shit (and failed miserably I might add), I guess this is round 3 since 'Kique' got flayed alive on this platform.

I'm going to just post the link for quick reference

The first thing that struck me about this document was the lack of evidence as compared to Zirvasity. I'm not expecting a 60 page document or anything like that, but for all of the bullshit and supposedly horrible things that Kique is claiming his ex has done, 2 pages seems a bit laughable to say the least. That is red flag number one.

The evidence shown is 3 images. THREE out of all of the times that he accuses Zirvasity of stealing his designs, this is all he could muster which works against the claims as outlined on his document. There should be a TON of more instances of this happening if it was legitment which again, works against this document. This is red flag number 2.

The third red flag for me is Kique blocking out not the names, but the TIMES on these messages. This is a stark contrast to Zirvasity's where you can see a clear chain and dates of when the messages were posted. Since Kique is refusing to even list that in this short document, this tells me that he's trying to hide when these messages were created AKA: Falsifying documents to paint a narrative that HE wants his fans to see.

Sorry but this is just bad all around. There is another thing that struck out to me, but I'm not going to mention it to keep this jackass from getting better at scamming. In all, Kique is bitch made and his document is garbage. If anything, it gives you the mindset to how HE thinks of himself.

Also, this is a cautionary tale why you should not try to base your drawing style on someone else. I'm not saying that Zirvasity is in the wrong for doing this, but as mentioned before, her style was miles better than Kique's and now she is having a hard time breaking away from that aspect.
