Girl Next Door - Lofi Remix

So, hey ! I made a remix of a Toby Fox song !

At first I just wanted to train my ears and re-create an existing song, and I chose Girl Next Door, because it was around the time Deltarune's second chapter was released. Then, the file with the mock up of the song stayed untouched for the longest time in my project folder, around 2 years. And one day, bored, I stumbled on it again, and began experimenting with a drum part, and then a bass line.

And it was only to late that I realized I had created a lofi remix /j

In the end, I didn't expect to post this song, I wasn't even planing on making it clean in the first place, but I kept coming back to it around April of last year, and I ended up doing something I kinda like.

I want to emphasize that this song is really just the result of a bored week and experimentaitons, I never intended to remix a Toby Fox song, and I don't think I could if I was willing to. I really love his musics, and most of them are kinda sacred to me. I'd almost feel bad buchering his melodies in a low quality remix. But I am happy with this song so here we are.

It is not the biggest project I could have done, and I think it is flawed in several points that I could improve if I was giving it a bit more time and efforts, but honestly, it is "good enough". Let me know what you think, I'd be glad to read your constructive feedbacks !

Hey ! I made some song for fun !

It is inspired by some big beats songs. I tried to keep it simple and all, I only used some eqs et the default library of fl instruments (exept for the drums that I recorded).

I am pretty happy with the result with the number of hours I used to make it (around 10), but I am conscious the song isn't either perfect or made for everyone to enjoy (as is fast paced electro music in general). So I am opened to constructive feedback et advices ! Especially when it comes to the mix between the different instruments.
