The Definite Barbarian Fantasy Figure Thing from Underworld Muscle, Cro-Man: Conqueror of Iron will be available to order tomorrow morning, March 29, 12.01 AM!  There will be 9 figures total to collect, 3 baddies, 3 good guys, 1 neutral, 2 giants. Except for the giants (when bought separately) each figure will be priced $60 loose, and $80 carded (plus shipping). The giants are $70 loose and $90 carded. All handmade by me in my workshop. Galaxy Heroes meets Nibelungen Saga: Underworld Muscle’s NIBELUNG HEROES coming early 2020!

In early 2020, Underworld Muscle will be THROWING YOU BACK TO THE BRONZE AGE! 

We’ll be kicking off 2020 with a new bootleg toyline, combining the classic tales of sword & sorcery of the Nibelungen Saga with the infamous Galaxy Heroes. The series will feature four basic figures. Two versions of the main hero Siegfried, Brünhild, and Hagen von Tronje. Each figure will come hand casted, hand painted, with assorted accessories, sealed on handmade card, in handmade blister.

There will also be an extremely limited gift set of Siegfried, and the classic Chitech dragon repacked as Fafnir somewhere down the line. Plus a Nibelung Heroes mini-figure edition, featuring all four main characters of the series in a collectors pack.

The first figures will go up for pre-order on January 7. Priced $85 a piece, plus $10 international flat rate postage. Also make sure to follow @underworldmuscle on Instagram, or Facebook to not miss any updates on the release!

AND THE LAST UNDERWORLD MUSCLE FIGURE RELEASE FOR 2019 WILL BE... *drumroll*...

FOUL BEAST “SWAMP GHOUL”, as seen in Lucio Fulci’s sword & sorcery masterpiece from 1983 CONQUEST! It’s the second figure in the Foul Beast series, featuring card art by Theo Cane “Slimehouse” from the UK. It’s actually the third Conquest figure that Underworld Muscle is doing, besides Ocron and Fado which were made last year as part of the Unofficial 35th Anniversary Fantasy Figure series.

Swamp Ghoul features an all new sculpt, executed by Toywalker himself. It comes hand casted, hand painted, sealed on hand made card in hand made bubble. There will be an edition of 15 pieces available tonight, December 11, at 9pm Central European Time. There will also be a few bundle deals available with the leftovers from the previous Foul Beast “Slime Troll” figure release. Singles will be priced $85 with worldwide shipping included. Two packs, with both Foul Beast figures released so far, will be $150 (also with worldwide shipping included).

As usual, I forgot to update my tumblr. Here’s the latest addition to the Underworld Muscle portfolio. The Wehrmacht zombie inspired “Zombie Lake” aka “Le Lac Des Morts Vivants” resin bootleg figure. Zombie Lake is a French Zombie movie from 1981, about a cursed lake that’s inhabitated by undead German WWII soldiers that seek to eat the inhabitants of a nearby French village. (Hence the French backing card!)

The figure is based on the infamous Devil Warriors body, a mind blowing knock-off toyline from the 80s, featuring mutant monster soldiers. It’s 4″ tall, features 5 points of articulation, and comes sealed in hand made bubble, on handmade card. 100% handmade, as usual!

Made a little series of black metal themed Underworld Warriors. Five pieces total, all one-offs. Two of them look great with the older Doom Rider artwork by Dr Twistid, as well! Two are already gone (middle guy, and guy to the far left on the last pic), the rest is still available. Will probably upload them to the store within the next couple of days. Or maybe keep them. Foul Beast “Slime Troll” - brand new figure series from Underworld Muscle kicking off tonight!

It’s monster season! About time to kick off our brand new figure series that we’ve been cooking up. FOUL BEAST! World famous sword & sorcery movie monsters for the adult 5.5 fantasy collector! A continuation of last year’s movie figure series, but with all new sculpts, and artwork. 

First figure in line will be Slime Troll, a homage to the slimy stone creature as seen in Sinbad of the Seven Seas with Lou Ferrigno, from 1989. Like most of his kind he gets killed way to quick. Which is reason enough for Underworld Muscle to give these poor monsters the appreciation they would have deserved, and immortalize them in action figure form.

All hand sculpted, and created by Luke Toywalker of Underworld Muscle. Artwork by Theo Cane from Sheffield, England, who shares the same love for sleazy 80s sword & sorcery flicks. (He dedicated a whole rap album to the genre, which you can check out here!) Logo design by Toywalker.

The figure comes all hand made in resin, with three points of articulation (head, shoulders), in hand pulled bubble on hand made card. Lou Ferrigno inspired “Hercules”, and Doom Rider figures

The mighty Hercules figure, made in collaboration with Frank Russo of Muscluloids from New York, created in the image of the Lou Ferriogno Hercules from 1983, went up for order a couple of weeks ago.

33 years after Tung Sing Toy’s legendary Underworld Warriors, the line is finally complete! Underworld Muscle proudly presents the definite UltraTumba Luchador / Underworld Warrior. 

This hand made 5.5″ custom bootleg resin figure features the classic Underworld Warriors body, with an all new head sculpt. Two, actually! Because we decided to make two versions available. One featuring the head from last year’s muscular release, and a v2 one with alternate head, and cast in a slightly different blue.

V1 also comes with the custom made chain-claw weapon. V2 has the classic Underworld Warriors accessories.

New Pagan Toys x Underworld Muscle “WO-DAN: WARRIORS OF THE VOID” Toyline Coming Up! First Figure Available April 30th!

“Eons ago, when the universe was formless and empty, a new generation of gods arose. Chosen by destiny itself to fight against the dark rulers of chaos.

This was the age of Wo-Dan, and the WARRIORS OF THE VOID!”

Lee Burbridge (mind and heart of Pagan Toys / BigManToys), and me, we sat together here in Berlin in February to fuse into one what was meant to be one all the time. Raw savage muscles, stone age... and Norse gods, fighting a cosmic battle against the giants in empty space! If you’re into Masters of the Universe, and Norse mythology, our upcoming “Wo-Dan: Warriors of the Void” toyline should definitely be up your Milky Way!

The first figure will go on preorder tomorrow, April 30th (Valpurgis Night!), 10pm Berlin time! It’ll be Wodan, the Godfather himself!

Besides Wodan, there will be five other figures to collect!

The figures stand about 6.6″ tall, have 3 POA (head, shoulders), and will be 100% hand made (from resin). The other characters will be available within the upcoming months. I’m planning to release one figure each month from April 30th on. 

Each figure will also include a numbered character sketch card, and will be coming bagged with header!

Belated happy new year, underground KOllectors! After the flu had nailed me to the couch for a couple of days, I’m finally back on my feet. I meant to snap a pic of the 2018 stuff, but the UM lair will be moving this year, and infact most figures from last year have already moved out. So here’s just a small selection of pieces that I did. Thanks everyone who’s been supporting, and buying Underworld Muscle in 2018 (and the previous years, of course)! Today we know that the figure shown on the "original" artwork of the infamous Underworld Warriors is taken from a Hong Kong comic book series, called "Force of Buddha's Palm" — published by no other than Tony Wong, the godfather of Chinese comic books! Our hooded luchador appeared in an issue a few years prior to Underworld Warriors (released in 1986). His name was "White Skeleton". Tung Sing Toys Ltd., Hong Kong based toymaker and creator of the Underworld Warriors figures, obviously saw the potential in the character, and slapped the almost exact "White Skeleton" depiction from the comic onto their packaging. Despite its potential, the character itself has never been released as part of the Underworld Warriors toyline.

On this Halloween, and this Día de Muertos, on October 31st, at 6.66pm Berlin time (six minutes past seven, UTC+1), 5.5 KO action figure aficionados will finally have the opportunity to start completing their beloved Underworld Warriors / UltraTumba Luchadores collections! Based on Tung Sing's Muscle Warriors buck (their other infamous MotU-KO bootleg line), the 100% hand made "UltraTumba Luchador" figure comes with an all new head sculpt, cape, chain claw weapon, and features the classic Muscle Warriors' four POA (head, waist, arms).
