I could fix him. I could make him worse. Good for you. I could gently take the weapon out of his shaking, blood-soaked hand and hold him until he finally believes that he doesn't have to be defined by all the ways the world has hurt him. Then we could ruin the lives of everyone who has ever treated him like he's a monster who doesn't deserve love.

Does your character sleep well? Why or why not? Give them a night where they do the opposite of their usual sleep pattern, and when they wake up, they remember a dream they had that's significant. Write the scene.

Fic: Echo of the War

Genre: Science fantasy, adventure

Status: Conceptualizing

The doctor didn't survive the war. But his son did.

Following the adventures of Echo, the last child of Galifrey, with the Tardis he found in a scrapyard.

Characters (so far):

Echo: The Doctor's Son. A teenager in personality and appearance, trying to survive before he can even think of going beyond that.

Sammy: His first companion? Still working on it

POV: Third person limited?

Aesthetics: Red door, Stars, Fire, Sunlight through Stained Glass, Scrapyard as a representation of a lot of aspects, Loose pages, scrapbooks
