Deciphering "Throcky Bradlee" and "Rethoric vs Mathematics"

As always, Ines is being quite cryptic so I thought I would write my own theory on the meaning behind her username and bio

Throcky might be a reference to Throckmorton plot? We know she loves history, politics and period movies. So it's not strange that she came back with a reference to a political eera but I don't think she would pick just any political era. There's gotta be a reason. For those who aren't aware, the Throckmorton Plot was a conspiracy against Queen Elizabeth I.

I think Ines might have felt a need to distance herself from her earlier online persona when she transitioned into becoming a more serious scientist (I'm so proud by the way 😭)

"Rhetoric vs Mathematics" could symbolize a struggle within herself. "Rhetoric" could signify her previous expressive and human person (the person we loved so much), while "Mathematics" represents her logical and scientific side (the person we know nothing about)

When she initially deleted her social media (attempted to "kill" that part of her) but it's not so easy to delete a part of who you are to become who you think you should be. She surely faced difficulties in fully suppressing her personality. This all could reflect a personal struggle to balance her scientific identity with her more expressive and human side. This has been a common theme when it comes to her so it makes sense?

I think her return to social media symbolizes her attempt to reintegrate her past with her present but I think she's hinting that she's still struggling. If she had already found a balance between the two, she wouldn't have used "vs" and maybe at some point she'll change that "vs" to "and".

The Throckmorton Plot was a battle of ideologies and faiths. According to my theory, Ines might be using it as a metaphor for her personal struggle, which is not about religious beliefs but rather a conflict between her emotional, expressive self and her rational, logical self.

Rethoric - the communication and secrecy involved in conspiracies

Mathematics - the logic used by authorities to uncover such plots

So basically in my opinion:

Rhetoric - passions and emotional side

Mathematics - logical, analytical, and scientific side

It's also intriguing that Ines, who prefers not to use her full name due to rhyming (Ines Gomes), has chosen a username, "Throcky Bradlee," that.... RHYMES!!! I think it was a deliberate choice, it has to be!

Now that I'm thinking more about it, the Throckmorton plot could symbolize a past struggle, perhaps her mental health challenges and her demons were plotting against her but the plan failed because she remained strong 🥺❤️

Ultimately we know she struggled a lot with depression prior to leaving so regardless of the meaning behind her name and bio, her return signifies her triumph over those inner struggles and a determination to reintegrate the parts of herself that she once wanted to "kill off" :')

I really don't think my theory is too far off but for legal reasons: it's just a theory.

If I'm right then this return and the few words she chose paint a vivid picture of her journey, resilience, and her willingness to embrace all facets of herself, even though she might be having a hard time finding that balance. It's impressive how she was able to convey so much with so few words but maybe I'm reading too much into it
