hey i know the posts about the dangers of COVID-19 are extremely important for people who aren’t taking this seriously so they hopefully will change their minds and be serious

but like, as someone who does take this very seriously, i wish there were still the posts from early on that reminded us that most people who get this will only have mild symptoms or may be asymptomatic, and serious cases are just a percentage

because honestly since those posts stopped going around all i’ve seen are posts that are like “you’ll die horribly and here’s how” and i’ve been fucking freaking out as a result. one of those posts sent me into a day long panic attack where i ended up self harming

i’m not saying the danger posts should go away, they shouldn’t! but i really wish for people who are taking it seriously and may have anxiety that the “hey lets not panic also” posts were still around

I know probably nobody will read this and honestly i’m not doing this in the hope that people will read, it’ll probably be too long, I just don’t know where to say what’s been my mind lately. This all covid-19 started in January, at least we heard firstly then, that in China there are problems, we joked around about it, and now what? We cry, or it’s only just me. They say to us to stay inside to not meet up with friends, so that we don’t contract the virus, stay healthy. But what about our mental health? This is a hard period for everybody, even us, those who live in good places, have a great family by our side, we can feel sad, lonely, powerless which can cause later depression. For me, this virus meant, the “end” of my high-school senior year. Whit my friends, we should have a blast at the moment. The weather starts getting warmer, spring arrived, we should be at the river mall or any other place with friends, creating maybe the last memories together and instead we are all staying inside. Even better as exams are “coming”, this means my friends are distancing as it is. So not only are we not talking face-to-face, now not even through video-chat. The teachers are saying that we should learn, because either way we will have the baccalaureat exam, but dare I say, one can’t learn 24/7. I’m content if I learn 3 hours a day. Also I don’t think anyone can imagine how hard is it for us to choose a career path now, when basically the whole economy is on the ground. So, yeah, my senior year is “ruined” (I know many people are living worst days than me, still I had to get rid of this emotion), I feel alone, a little depressed. And we still don’t know when will this end, but one thing is sure maybe we’ll survive trough this, but our mental-health will be highly affected that’s for sure.

Last but not least I hope everybody is alright, stay safe, if you need to go outside to clear your mind, do it, just in front of your house, you need it, we all need it and don’t panic, no matter how much the media wants it.

Don't believe the rumours about a greenlit 4+5 season and a new cast for Élite

No decisions have been made so far and if than only behind the scenes but not officially so that we would or could know about them.

Yes, we were hoping for and speculating about a 4th season after the 3rd one was announced, even if s3 would have ended with them graduating from school, as they did (which we now know since the new season was dropped) because we felt that 8 episodes wouldn't be enough to solve everything and to give all characters and story lines enough time.

And we were right!

It's just that we don't know anything so far except a few little things:

Plot wise *spoiler alert*:  s3 has an open ending as s1 and s2 before. Samuel, Guzman, Ander and Rebeka have to repeat the year, Omar is now at Las Encinas as well. Cayetana and Valerio are still in Madrid as well (Caye working in her mom's old job and Valerio for Carla). Only Carla, Nadia and Lu are studying overseas.

- Both Guznadia and Carmuel's stories have an open ending!

- Ander may be cancer free but his story isn't told fully either

The rest that we know: when the shooting of s3 was finished, the cast and crew were partying and saying their goodbyes to kne another, leaving us with the feeling that s3 will possibly be the last

- Then they (Netflix España) choose to do a hell a promotion, promoting Élite in Spain, Latin America, USA and elsewhere - far more than s2 (and s2 was at the end more successful than s1)

- No one has talked either about s3 being the last season and a goodbye but also not a about a potential 4th season.

- No cast members or people behind Élite has saying goodbye to the series, so far they were only saying their 'thank yous" for the past 3 seasons.

Now the most important things:

The showrunners want to continue the story of these characters. Being asked about a potential 4th season during the press conference for s2 they told the press, that they have plenty of ideas to continue their story!!!!

The day Élite's 3rd season was dropped, Dario Madrona, one of the showruners has posted some pictures alongside a long message to say thank you to everybody, including the producers who made Élite. There is no word of a potential 4th season but this:

So, even one of the creators/ showrunners seems to have no concrete idea about the future of Élite.

His posting and no news so far,  made the Élite fandon start to work on showing Netflix  España, and the producers that we want the story to be continued with a 4th season and this cast!

And to show them also how much the ships are loved and would have deserved more attention and shouldn't end with an open ending after a buildup of 3 seasons!!!

So of you want to let Netflix España and the producers know that you want the story with the current and no new cast continued. Go and tell them. By posting messges and using the tags under their postings, also on Elitenetflix (on Instagram).
