This is me getting ready today to shoot my garment, I tried to make my makeup match the energy of my garment so I tried to apply very vibrant colours and my friend was nice enough to braid my hair for me, braids are a very common trend in Jamaica so we decided to braid all my hair.

Yesterday was finally the day when I shot my photo shoot, this is my finished garment with the inspiration of (carnival) I choose to do my photo shoot in the middle off a road because carnivals always run on roads, We tried to go for the cultural Afro type hair style and we created that with chopstick hair curlers, the prop for this photo shoot was a Jamaican flag which symbolises the heart of where my theme comes from.

Today I started on my final garment for unit 3, I guided myself today with my method of construction for my garment, working with black cotton is 100% more harder than working with calico which I normally work with because it is vert difficult to find the notches to match them up.
