What do you think about Kazutora being a Virgo? Does it match? Do you think there are negative/positive traits that definitely match?
Whoa, so this is a long time coming... My sincerest apologies, however, I do have an answer.
Kazutora
Sun: Virgo
Moon: Leo
First off, I think there is a whole lot going on with our boy Kazutora (who I will be calling Tora for like the rest of this because my fingers don’t want to work today). Anyway, Virgos are typically known for purity (virgo=virgin) and they're meant to be pretty clear-headed and methodical. To us that probably doesn’t sound like our lad, but I think it’s kinda on the money?? First off, these are only underlying factors (personality traits) of what makes up each person. So, his childhood trauma really takes all that there is here, and just flips it on its head. Obviously, he’s not all that clear-headed or pure in any way. Which yeah, he’s a traumatized delinquent, but I want to kind of focus on the older Tora because I think that is where we can see a lot of his traits.
So going a little more in depth on my thoughts here. First, we usually perceive virgos as very put together and like a perfectionist. Now, quick note but if we have all seen Tora’s room, then we might think “hey, he’s not too clean or organized”. Now I beg to differ. I think his affinity to animal print is something that shows how particular he is.  For instance, most people wouldn’t bother matching everything to such a degree. (You can definitely disagree but I think especially considering his age and how he acts everywhere else, this is kinda like an anomaly.) I do think, though, that even as a delinquent, he is very focused and definitely methodical. The way that he hurts others is a little extreme, yes, but it’s not like he’s just out there crushing bones (Like baji). He prefers to perform acts of pure violence which will tie into his moon sign.
Post time-skip or present day Tora is an icon. No one can change my mind on that. Him being able to work with Chifuyu and Naoto the first time we see him is so impressive considering everything that he went through. Like sure, even during the Halloween fight, he had to put a lot of effort into the planning and execution of his work, this was a whole other level. The stunts he pulled were incredibly impressive and that takes a lot of skills that a Virgo has. He has some really great leadership skills, but I think he chooses to push those aside and work under others for 2 reasons. First he cares about those around him and fully trusts them (Before Shin with Mikey and Present day with Chifuyu). I also think though, that he probably fears having control since he never had it growing up. He probably doesn’t understand what it means to have control over things and make decisions for others. I think that there’s also a possibility that he worries about making things worse for others by making bad choices that will impact him. (That was a personal headcanon of mine based on how he changed after getting out of jail.)
Ok onto his Leo moon. (THIS IS WHAT I THINK HIS MOON SIGN IS: I could be very wrong but with just his birthday and a vague idea of where he was born this is what I could get. It may not be entirely accurate). Anyway, a leo moon is a lover. Someone who likes to be in the eyes of others but not completely. They love the spotlight, but they don’t mind sharing it or stepping aside when needed (this is especially the case with a virgo sun.) I think Tora cares so much for the people in his life, that it materializes itself in aggression. His mom, Baji, Mikey, and especially present day Chifuyu mean the world to him. I know, but he hated Mikey. NO. I really don’t think that’s the case. Honestly I think that after Shin, he felt so many things, especially regarding Mikey, that he didn’t understand how to translate that into words and healthy emotional responses. Emotional intelligence is definitely lacking, but I think his love for his friends is overwhelming.
Virgo sun and leo moon creates what should theoretically be a very stable person. Now I don’t know anyone who would call Tora stable, but I think that it plays into his rehabilitation and his growth in the present. Sure, he’s reserved but that makes sense considering everything. He just wants to support the people in his life the best  way he can, and not to mention he still is smart and probably way more clear-headed in his later days. I will say that I think he is capable of becoming anxious in situations where he can’t be himself, which I think is what sets him apart from his youth to his adulthood. I think as an adult, he finally has some more control over himself and confidence to be who he is, and he has some healthy emotional habits. I think he is an incredibly warm person. (Think the manga ends with how he is doing with his friends. That would be hard for someone who is completely closed off and cold to everyone).
Overall, Kazutora is a lot, but he is methodical and caring. His emotional trauma from his childhood and teenage years just threatens those good traits and brings out some negative responses to the unexpected.
Thank you for this Request (Which is open). ALSO IF ANYONE WANTS ME TO DO MORE OF THESE, LET ME KNOW!!! I think they're so fun. Do also check out my Ran and Rindou thread (But i want to update them because I think adding their moon signs will change a lot of my opinions.)
Thank you all!! Feel free to share your thoughts and opinions with me! I love talking with you all!

Our Reality - Leorio x reader
Hey guys, so this was meant to be a request, but I can't read apparently and I completely misread the request and wrote the wrong thing. However, I spent time on it so it's going on the blog. Now I'm currently extremely busy so the actual request should hopefully be up soon, but just know that I am working as hard and as fast as I can. Anyway, I hope you enjoy!

If there was one thing you learned throughout your life, it was that luck was not a factor in why people lived the way they did. No one with the whole world at their fingertips was more lucky than those who had nothing but the ground they slept on. If you weren’t trying to remain hopeful for a future brighter than your current reality, you may have acknowledged the strength that manipulation had on the outcomes in one’s life. You were simply living your life at the expense of someone else’s successful manipulative strategies.
When your mother passed, you knew it was only a matter of time before your father moved on. You had only hoped that your father would be able to be with someone who’s kindness mirrored your mother. Oh, how wrong you were. Your father never once berated you for not being happy with the woman who sits before you now, yelling at you for something that didn’t even concern you. In fact, before he passed, he was considering leaving her for good, so that you could begin to truly prosper.
Of course, the woman before you would never have let that happen. While there was no way to prove it was foul play, your father died soon after, leaving you alone in the care of your step-mother and her two children. The three of them together took over the house in no time at all, and allowed you to stay with them. Of course, they only allowed you to stay with them at the cost of doing the manual labor in the house for free. Cooking, cleaning, and any maintenance that was needed had to be performed by you and you alone.
You found peace in your solitude. Once your daily duties were over, you had time to be yourself and relax. Occasionally you would center yourself and feel the energy seer your skin. It was a euphoric feeling, and it allowed you to feel a power you believed that you would never be able to experience while under the roof of this household. It was in those brief moments that you were able to experience something magical.
One day, you spent your time carrying out your morning duties. It was while you were serving breakfast that the mail arrived.
“Well go on and get it then. We have things to do.” Your stepmother nudged you in the direction of the door, coffee spilling onto your sleeve. Begrudgingly, you sauntered your way over to where the mail was spilling onto the floor. Flipping through the magazines and bills, you find none other than a letter. To the Y/L/N family.
Well this seems like the perfect opportunity for you to finally get out of the house. This was finally a letter addressed to not just the step-family. Your name was included by default. You took it upon yourself to open up the letter and look through the contents. An invitation for any of the single people who lived in this household who would be willing to enjoy a night at the palace in an attempt to introduce the prince to possible spouses. You couldn’t be more excited. Not because you wanted to meet the prince, or wanted to have a chance at becoming the spouse to the prince, but because you wanted to go out and have a night of your dreams.
“What in God’s name are you doing with that?” It was the sound of the screeching that emerged from the mouth of your step-sibling.
“It’s a letter addressed to the people of this household.”
“Exactly. You’re not really a part of this household. Let me have it.”
“No, it wasn’t addressed to you.” Before you knew it,, you were pushed aside and the letter was being read by your annoying step-siblings.
“Oh, so you think that you have any chance at going to something like this? Mother, come here and remind this fool of their place in the house.” The annoying woman stepped forward to look at you and glance through the letter.
“Well, isn’t this just an amazing offer for you two. You will for sure charm the prince tonight. As for you,” her eyes stared right into yours, “are nothing to us. You just clean up after us. You’re not even human to us. Remember that. You will die as our servant, and maybe if you’re lucky, one of my two incredible children will hire you to work under them and the prince. Know this, you will not be going to this gala. You will never mean anything to any of us.”
With that you left. You didn’t care if you would be punished for it afterwards. You just couldn’t be in the house with those insufferable, terrible excuses for people.
You had wandered off towards the end of your property. Tears were threatening to spill past your eyes as you stumbled without care. What left was there to do in your pitiful life? What was the reasoning for this pain? How come you couldn’t even stand to have a single night of enjoyment? Eventually, you found yourself at the small fountain that you used to play around. It was one of the last memories you have of when your family was complete. You ran around, nothing but smiles as your father joined you. Your mother sat there watching and laughing at your antics. It was beautiful, but ever since the other woman took over your home, you find your memories tainted in bitterness.
Eventually, you allowed yourself to explode with emotion. You wept to the sound of droplets that emitted from the fountain.
“Hello little cutie. What are you doing out here all on your own?” You peered your head up towards where the man’s voice was coming from. You were ready to rip him a new one, but you were taken aback when he wasn’t even looking in your direction.
“Uhhhh who are you talking to?” His head whipped around in your direction, a clear surprise written on his face. In his arms you could see a small bunny cuddled up to his chest. Oh, so he’s a softie.
“You don’t know what you saw. This guy just jumped into my arms. Hey little guy. You should leave. What are you even doing in my arms?” You shook your head at his antics.
“Knuckle!!!” A young woman’s voice shouted from a distance. Footsteps continued to approach. “Oh there you are. C’mon now. We have things to be doing.”
You observed the young girl as she took you in. Tears were still staining your face, however it now painted an expression of confusion.
“And who might you be?” After replying with your name, she questioned you on your current state. Your answer seemed to draw both the man named Knuckle and the young woman in.
“Well, that’s a simple enough issue, now isn’t it? So let’s get you all cleaned up and ready for tonight. I’m Bisky and I guess this makes me your, uhh-”
“Their savior of course!” The man Knuckle chimed in.
“I wouldn’t necessarily say that, but regardless, I am going to make all your dreams come true tonight.”
“With what? Magic?” You eyed the woman suspiciously.
“Not quite magic, but something called nen, but forget that I ever told you that. We’re just gonna go with magic. Now, allow me to introduce you to my magical esthetician. She can fix everything just like that!”
Before you knew it, the world around you was changing. Both Bisky and Knuckle began enacting their nen to change you into the image of perfection. It was everything you had ever dreamed of and more.
“One more thing to finish the look off! We need something to make it all come together.” And then Bisky slipped on some surprisingly comfortable glass shoes onto your feet. They brought the whole outfit together, but also offered a hit of something special “Perfect. Just what you needed.” Bisky sure did seem proud of herself.
“Oh, and just so you know, that little friend that is floating by your head is a personal clock. It will stay with you until midnight to remind you that your time with the nen is ending.” Ok so there were restrictions to this magic, but it wasn’t all bad. You still had plenty of time to enjoy yourself before the time would be up. And that is exactly what you were planning to do as you set off to the occasion.
The gala was gorgeous. There wasn’t a person who wasn’t dressed for the occasion. Of course with the prospect that the prince was going to find his potential spouse was more than enough reason for people to look their best. You stood outside the doors, waiting to enter. It all felt too unreal, but you couldn't help but think that if it was all a dream, you were going to make the most of it. Step by step into the ballroom, and your jaw continued to drop with each look throughout the room.
As the night began, you lost yourself in the treats spread throughout the room, and engaged in some light dancing when you felt that the timing was right. After some light laughs and delicious food, you decided a moment outside couldn’t hurt. As you made your way to the balcony, there was a man leaning over the edge, drink in hand.
“A wonderful gala wouldn’t you say?” You said as you approached. You wouldn’t want the man to become startled by your presence.
“I guess you could say that. It can all be a little exhausting.” You laughed at his comment.
“Well I’m sure it is much more exhausting for the prince. I mean imagine having to meet all of these people that want nothing more than to marry you. I feel for him truthfully. I am however grateful that I get to experience this luxury tonight.” The man said nothing but looked over to meet your eyes. “Should we toast to the prince’s despair so that we can enjoy this night?” You couldn’t help but catch a glimpse of confusion flash on the man’s face, but it soon was replaced with a small smile.
“Of course. To the prince’s despair for our sake.” He declared while clinking his glass with the one you held.
“So, what exactly brings you here tonight stranger?” More than anything, you just wanted to converse with the man beside you. He was more attractive than you were willing to admit, but he also seemed like he needed a pick-me-up, and you were not about to pass up conversation with someone other than the people you lived with.
“Oh I work in the political aspect of all of what is going on here tonight.”
“So, in other words, you’re close to the prince and had to show up.”
“Yeah I would say that hits the nail on the head.”
“Well, it can’t be all bad if you get to attend parties like this one.”
“You may have a point, but it’s not what I really want for myself.” You stared at him in silence. His face was painted in sorrow. Like his life was incomplete.
“Why are you looking at me like that?”
“Oh, well I figured you would keep going. If you had the chance to be someone else for one night, who would you be?”
“A doctor. More than anything, I want to help people. I just want to do good for people around me, and I wouldn’t even charge them. People don’t deserve that. I just want to give the best to people.” You could see his eyes shine as he spoke about his hopes and aspirations. “What about you? If you had one day to be someone different from your everyday self, who would you become?”
“Well,” your eyes left his as you looked out at the moon that shines above your head, “I think I’m already living that dream tonight. Tomorrow, I’ll go back to my life and will remember this night for what it is.”
“And what is this night exactly?”
“A dream.”
In the distance, you could hear a voice telling you how much time you had left on the nen that was placed on you. It was time to end your dream and return to your reality.
“Oh dear. Well, it truly has been such a pleasure talking to you sir, but I have to be going now. It’s time for me to wake up from this dream.”
You spun around and began speed walking towards the entrance to get home before disaster fell on you. You couldn’t help but hear the footsteps approaching from behind you and the alerted calls for you to wait for your companion. Unfortunately, you were unable to stop as your time was about to expire. While barely keeping yourself from falling down the stairs, your foot got caught and your shoe popped off. Damn Bisky and her need for something to stand out. You realized that there was not nearly enough time for you to stop and pick it up, so you kept on running until you were safely away from the people.
What you couldn't see was that people were beginning to gather around the prince as he picked up the shoe and stared at it. He had become entranced in your personality and connection. He felt safe in your company, something he had never felt before. If he were to spend the rest of his day with someone by his side, he wouldn’t be objected to it being someone like you, if not you yourself. He at least wants to spend more time with you, and that was more than enough motivation to name you as his prospective spouse. If only he knew your name, where you were, and how to convince you to agree. Not to mention, he was the only one who knew who you were. This was going to be an impossible task, but he was determined to find you, no matter the method or the cost.
Days passed, and you remained in your misery. The only thing that changed was the constant talk about the gala. You had pretended to have been waiting for the others to come home and take care of their things. In reality, you were recovering from your night. All you wanted was 10 more minutes with the man on the balcony. He was something different from the others in the room. You couldn't help but imagine what more time would look like with him. Maybe he could find a way to help you escape from your hell.
As news broke that the prince had chosen his potential spouse, you sat in your home with hope. Hope that you would see the man with the glasses and a kind dream. The others in your home conversed about the prospect that they could be the one with the prince, especially as he announced that he would be traveling house to house to find the person who he wanted to spend his life with.
“Apparently the prince will be in this area by tomorrow. He said to have all of the people in the house ready to greet him. Especially those who attended the gala. Oh I can’t wait for you two.” Your step-mother was insufferable as she insisted that your step-siblings were meant to be with the prince. If he had an ounce of a brain-cell, he probably realized that they were going to use him for his status. But then again that is what every person was there for that night, right? You almost felt bad for the guy, but then again, that is what happens when you’re in power.
“I will do literally anything to make him my husband. But what about the test that he has in place for this person? I read somewhere that he has something that this person lost, and is trying to find that other match.” Your ears perked up at this point. Did someone else lose something? You were without one of your shoes, but that must be just some coincidence.
“Apparently, the prince’s advisor thinks it would be a good idea to make sure that the person isn’t disguising themselves to the prince to take advantage of him. I’m sure we’ll be able to make him see that we’re obviously the right choice for him.”
“Without a doubt. So what? Shoes are easy for anyone to fit into.” A SHOE? There’s no way.
The prince could not possibly be the man you conversed with out on the balcony. He said he was just another politician. But the prince is a politician? How could you be so stupid? Talking like that to someone with such power, and not to mention how you cheered to his own despair. But wait. He wants to meet you. To see you again. He’s out there searching for you right now. There’s still hope.
Following news about the possibility that the prince was the man you had been dreaming about, there was a dull excitement flowing through your veins. You made your way back to your room briefly to hold onto the other shoe that remained hidden in the floor. It was something that you would use to remember that the night was something you actually were able to experience for yourself.
You stayed in your room for most of the day, and allowed for the excitement to bubble up at the prospect of seeing that man again. It was the ringing of the doorbell that drew your attention. It was finally happening. You were almost scared that it was going to go wrong so you stood by the door, listening.
“Listen Kurapika, I’m sure that no one in this house is who I was with. It’s not like I don’t remember what they look like.”
“No, I’m sure it has to be one of my children. Try the shoe. If it fits, then we know it has to be one of them. I’m sure of it.”
“C’mon Leorio, let’s just indulge them.” You couldn’t help but laugh at the desperate tones of your step-mother. You took that as an opportunity to leave your room and creep down the staircase to where all of the commotion was taking place.
“Uhm, excuse me,” with your voice, several heads turned in your direction.
“So, we meet again I see,” Leorio, the prince, said. The other man next to him seemed slightly relieved at the notion that Leorio had finally found you.
“If you would be so kind, I would really appreciate it if you could put on this shoe to prove to my advisor here that you are who you say you are.” You smiled kindly at the man who was being pointed towards.
“Most certainly. Actually, I can do one better than that.” You pulled out the opposing shoe and slipped it onto your foot. Then you took the shoe from the man and slipped that on as well.
“Looks like we finally found the one we’ve been looking for.” The advisor spoke aloud.
“So, stranger, what do you say to coming to live with me for a while. I’ve been waiting for an opportunity to talk with you more.” You smiled at his words.
“I would be delighted to come with you. It would be nice to live the dream for a little while longer.”
“Rest assured, this is no longer just a dream. This is our reality.”

A Grave Behind My Eyes - Chrollo Lucilfer (Series Prologue)
A/N: I hope you all enjoy what I have to offer. The prologue is just character setup, but I have plans for this story. Btw, I'm aware the writing isn't great, but at some point I'll come back and edit it if needed. Mostly, I just want to give some introduction. Plus, a lot of this info will come out in the actual story, but I don't want to introduce anyone to a character they'll hate.
Anyway, let me know what you think and if you're looking forward to this series. Feel free to reblog. (BTW requests are still open rn.)

Power. What a wonderful thing. The idea of having it is enough to bring men to war. You tie that up with a bit of monetary greed, and well, you have yourself someone quite frightening. This wasn’t quite how you would describe yourself. Frightening, yes, but you were not so much in desire of monetary greed to fulfill these specific conditions. There were a few, however, that were not shy to these categories. In fact, they practically owned the meaning of powerful, greedy people. You knew those were the type of people that you were meant to be wrapped up with. They were so different, but they were just like you, and you couldn’t help but feel intrigued.
When your father told you and your siblings to stay far away from the Troupe, you knew you should fear them, but you weren’t that kind of person. They intrigued you greatly, but you knew better than to disregard your father’s comments. For him to claim that the money was not worthy of the job was more than enough for you to understand just how dangerous those criminals could be. Yes, criminals are what they are, but are you really so different? In hindsight, you both kill for money, they just do it in a different manner. They have no regulations that keep them from killing everyone around them, not to mention they have a different skill set than what your family beholds. Still, they were most certainly an interesting bunch, who craved power.
That’s how they were similar to you as well. You desired to have more control, but you knew it would never happen. In truth, you didn’t want to be in charge of the family business, but you hated the idea of being taken out of the running because your little brother proved to be a promising candidate, not to mention that he was born a male meaning he already had more of a chance of becoming the head of the family. Like your father and your grandfather would really accept you as the head, especially since your mix of sadistic torture technics and masochistic responses would only wind you in more trouble. You truly were a bit of a trouble-maker in your youth, and a pain in their asses.
Unlike your twin, Illumi, you enjoyed things other than murder. You would run around and play with your family’s hound, and you would take the dancing lessons your mother made you take too enthusiastically. Not to mention, you were incredibly attached to your father. While Illumi would focus on his training, you would try to bond with your dad. Now, Silva was not a man who could earn father of the year anytime soon, but he would be lying if he said that some of your antics amused him. He knew they shouldn’t, and he would often bury those emotions, but he couldn’t help the occasional smirk from your foolishness. Of course, more often than not, he would scold you and subject you to some insane punishment, but it was all worth the few times he would indulge you and give you the attention you desired.
That bond died soon after Killua was born. You loved Killua. More than your other siblings, well, except your only sister, Alluka. That probably isn’t the best thing to say about your family. Picking favorites isn’t really something that normal families do, but the Zoldyck family is not normal. When you’re subject to being the twin to someone like Illumi, you can’t help but wish for a different sibling, and when Kill came along, you were both grateful and resentful. Grateful because he was like a breath of fresh air compared to your other siblings, but resentful because his existence made you become the biggest disappointment in the family. That much was clear when you were forced to learn things on your own.
There’s nothing more disappointing in a family than when the most promising child is born. For everyone else, it’s exciting, but when they all believed that you were the one who would truly prove to be the best candidate as the heir, you suddenly become nothing. Somehow, you devolve further than anyone could imagine. You were no longer better than your siblings. In fact you were no longer even equal to the most annoying, useless of the bunch. Not long after the birth of the promising child, you were subjected to a new kind of loneliness. You were unfamiliar with that feeling, having always had your father’s attention, and now you were meant to do everything on your own.
Around that same time, the Heavens Area had begun making news. When you heard about what it was about, you figured that it would be a way for you to prove yourself to your dad. So, with familial permission, you made your way there to compete, in hopes of the news reaching your father. It only took a few months, at your level, to make it to the 200th floor. You signed up and aimed to win all of your matches. That dream was short lived, sadly for you. The first match had gone terribly. You recognized what was happening as something that your father was capable of, but you couldn’t quite pinpoint how to win that losing battle. So, you lost. And that was worse than being killed. Following that day, you trained like no other.
By the time your time limit was up, you were able to win your match through your newfound abilities and wit. From that point on, you began to take a turn into the family disgrace. You returned home to train for the remainder of your time limit, but being met with ignorance of your grand win, and lack of acknowledgment from your family brought you into a downward spiral. Your training became more intense, and you became more isolated. You had to find time to master you nen training, without your family’s knowledge of it, but you also knew you needed to continue with your assassin training. Just because you were stronger, didn’t mean that it would save you in all of your missions. As for your nen, you kept it under wraps, knowing that as soon as your father learned of your studies, that he would try to capitalize on it, and make it his own. You needed to do it on your own. That was what you were beginning to learn.
As time passed, you were winning your battles left and right. Eventually you became a floor master. Now, you were happy about the achievement, but you refused to talk about it at home. Instead, you insisted on continuing with your assassin work and making money. Illumi, on the other hand, has it in for you. Him, being the rat that he is, told your mother everything about your fights in the heavens arena. That led to a long discussion with your father.
--
“I knew you went there to get stronger and fight, but I never would have thought you would have taken it that seriously.”
“Well,  why wouldn’t I? The more serious I get, the more things I learn.”
“And what exactly did you learn?”
Now here is where you crossed the line for good. You had two options. Do you tell him that you learned nen out of necessity, or do you choose upright disrespect?”
“More than you ever taught me.”
You didn’t fail to catch the smirk that graced Silva’s lips. This wasn’t an instance where some of his love for you was shown through. No, this was a telling sign that you were going to be punished.
There was a long lecture that you don’t care to remember, but the interesting parts would repeat in your brain for years.
~~~
Years passed, and you spent your time doing what you were hired to do. Occasionally, someone would try to challenge you at the heavens arena, but they failed to win each and every time.  Your relationship with your family never seemed to get better, no matter how much time passed. You were still trying to find time to bond with Killua and Alluka, but you couldn’t help but drift away from anyone with the Zoldyck genes.
It all came to a climax when your father and Illumi began their ill treatment of Alluka. Locking her away was your last straw. You were more than aware of the point that there was no way in hell that you were going to win that argument, but you did everything you could to fight for the last bit of family that meant something to you. Not to mention that this was also something important to your favorite brother. It appeared that only you and Kill actually cared for Alluka and Nanika, and you were both clearly the only two who understood them.
When the arguing got violent, and seemed to get you nowhere, you realized that it was time for you to leave. For good. That was not before your father decided that you needed to go on another job.
The Phantom Troupe. One of their members was meant to be your target. You couldn’t help but be suspicious of this job though. Your father had already instructed all of the children to stay far away from them, and even went out of his way to compliment their skill. In other words, you were probably set up to fail and ultimately die on this mission.
You used that as leverage. Complete the mission, and then you could spend some time with one of the few siblings that you actually cared for. Maybe that would be enough for you to say what you needed to. Maybe that would be enough to finally set you free.
Soon, you set off.
Senju x Haitani!Reader (The boys finding out)
REQUEST: How do you think the Haitani brothers would react if their sibling was dating Senju? Like either in the three deities or Kanto Manji arc? I've been thinking about that forbidden love between reader and Senju since they would be on opposite sides. But make it fluffly sneaking around stuff <;33 Also make sure you're taking care of yourself and not over-doing anything, also you don't have to rus
Just thinking of the Haitani's sibling(reader) having Senju as a s/o and them sneaking around since they're on opposite sides with the gang stuff but still sneak around anyway cause their both idiots in love. Just some fluffy sneaking around <3 Have a good day/night and take care of yourself!
Tumblr media
So I did this with a couple of parts.
First, What it would be like sneaking around with Senju as the Haitani’s sibling.
Ok but literally the cutest power couple…
Senju is adorable outside of her fighting life, and you being able to bring out the best side of her is just *chef’s kiss*
Now, listen, she thought about your brothers…for like a minute…but honestly she doesn’t care (so long as you don’t either)
I feel like the both of you have just accepted that the brothers cannot do anything to break you apart, however, you both realize that the sneaking around thing is kinda hot and fun.
The constant lying because if your brother’s thought for a moment that you had an s/o you would be in some deep shit, and they would be putting on some gloves
“I’m going out to see a friend” “Which friend?” “Uhhhhhhh”
I fully see some fence jumping in your life. Your brother’s are determined to know where you are at all times.
I see Senju making it clear to you from the beginning that she doesn’t want to know anything about what your brothers are doing (Kanto era). She respects you way too much to let you feel like you’re being used for information or something of the sort.
Mostly, she agrees to leave the business behind when she’s with you, and you do your best to only talk about the stupid Rin and Ran you know (not the ones who control Roppongi with fear)
Your dates are free and full of love (Which spoiler: led your brothers to not being too angry with you) You two are able to be your free selves.
Food dates? Absolutely chaotic. I see there being those, “let’s eat something from everywhere” types of challenges but you both just end up getting sick while denying it.
Shopping dates? Uhm heaven. It’s the time where you get to finally see your girlfriend in something cute. Plus she can’t say no to you, so when you suggest trying on something hideous for a laugh, she just has to agree. (She managed to actually look good which made you slightly angry but then again how can you be mad when your girlfriend is gorgeous.)
Overall, the two of you dating is just the both of you finally letting loose, and exploring your real selves together. Not to mention there are many laughs and looks of pure love that are something that people fawn over
Second, how I think the Haitani Brothers would react to finding out.
I can see them feeling incredibly conflicted after the initial shock. Like their younger sibling has a relationship with the enemy?? That’s a big no-no
But on the other hand, (after some much needed time and some lectures/arguing) I think they both can’t help but be happy for you, not to mention they couldn’t help but see how happy you were when you’re together
Like sure, there’s a conflict of interest, but obviously you’re happy, and to the brothers, family means the world. They would burn the world twice over for you
However, they would take the time to properly threaten Senju, because if she were to hurt you in any way, they wouldn’t hesitate to separate her head from her body
Also it’s here that they make it very clear to the both of you that when fights come along, that they don’t really care who she is to you, because they have a duty to Mikey.
Third, here’s how they found out.
Now, you two weren’t trying to get caught, especially with the tension between Toman and the Kanto Manji gangs, but you were honestly sick of having to pretend to not be so happy with one another. You will admit, the both of you got a little lazy. Your lies were a little less convincing, and you looked over your shoulder less than you normally would when going to see your girlfriend. It really wasn’t too much of a surprise when you saw the end of a braid fly around and a touch of blue fall behind a wall. They may be good at being gangsters, but they are far from becoming spies. You motioned in their direction when you met up with Senju, who couldn’t help but sigh. She knew that it was about time. To be frank, she was planning on talking to you about ending the secret part of your relationship. It had become more of a chore than anything, and she couldn’t help but see the internal struggle you had been going through. The three most important people in your life were incapable of being with you together.
Senju cares more about you than anyone. Which is why she hopes that she can make the transition as easy as possible for you. Her whole plan was to let you enjoy the date the two of you had planned. That way you could at least say you enjoyed yourself one last time, in the event that you lose your freedom to go out on your own. Both of you could see that becoming a possibility, which is precisely why the two of you had waited so long to finally confess to being together.
You both did everything you could to enjoy your time together. For a few hours, you forgot about the two delinquents who were failing on their mission of remaining unseen. It wasn’t until the end of the date that you realized that reality was about to kick in. The only choice that remained was whether or not you would go back home and confront disaster, or stay in a public place. Unfortunately, your brothers saw this as the perfect opportunity to whisk you away. Your farewells with your girlfriend were said loudly and distant.
After some long-winded lectures, the boys took the time to think and discuss what should happen. And after a talk with your girlfriend, your brothers became more supportive. They were never fully 100% on the relationship, but they really couldn’t help but be happy that you had found someone who cared about you as much as they did.
A/N: sorry for the wait but I hope you enjoy it.
Thank you for taking the underground fighting request!! I was hesitant at first
I totally agree with you on izana I don’t see him partaking in many fights so I think you got that on point!! I also feel like sanzu would use dirty tricks to win (maybe ran too)
I think you got everybody on point thank you!!
Never worry about requesting. We are supportive on this blog. (ps apologies for the late response. Life is weird like that). Anyways, I'm glad you enjoyed it and feel free to request anytime! Like I said, I had a lot of fun writing that one.
Ran Haitani x gn!Reader: I won’t say I’m in love
Tumblr media
Genre: Fluff
Character: Ran Haitani, Tenjiku timeline
Warnings: Violence, curse words, a bit of misogyny if you squint
a/n: I think Ran fits perfectly in the best friends to lovers trope. I had a looot of fun writing this. Hope you enjoy! 🖤
Please consider reblogging as well 🖤
Tumblr media
Ran thinks you’re perfect. The universe took its precious time in making sure that you’d be one of the ethereal individuals to ever grace the Earth, it gave you the brains every genius would be envious of and gave incomparable beauty after being bestowed Aphrodite’s blessing.
But Ran also wants to strangle the lights out of you because you’re dumb as fuck.
He can look past your questionable fashion sense and sheer audacity to fall asleep when he wants to ramble about what happened during one of their fights, but he can’t overlook your taste in your partner.
He shouldn’t one to talk as his preferences were something along the lines of good and pretty enough for a fuck or two. But you? Oh, sweet ol’ you whose face is buried between pages of books and sighing when the love interest does something that piqued your interest?
You, who wants to experience dancing in the rain with your lover or slow dances at two in the morning while making pancakes?
Ran thinks you’re adorably stupid to want such surreal things. Settle for bondage like the rest of humans, for fuck’s sake.
“Why must you always be an asshole, hm?” Your voice, dripping with utter annoyance, brought him back to reality. You’d always get in such a sour mood whenever he turns down a confession or two.
He doesn’t care for the poor soul, or souls on some days, who was pouring their heart out in front of him; not when he’s thinking of dragging you and Rindou to another café somewhere after the person was done rambling.
You’ve been with him through ups and downs. Hell, you frequently visited him and Rindou more than their parents when they went to juvie. You always arrive after a call or two, not once questioning why they were so enamored with the gang life and instead pressed a bit harder on their bruises and wounds when you’d clean them up after a fight while nagging their ears off.
Why on Earth was he going to trade you out for someone mediocre? Are you that stupid?
“So, you’re saying that you’re in love with (y/n) and you want to date them instead. Is that it?”
Ran almost spat out the alcohol he’d been sipping upon hearing Izana’s question. He looked at their leader as if the silver-haired man grew three heads. His lilac eyes scanned the room in hopes to find someone who’d think otherwise, only to find every Tenjiku executive awaiting his answer.
He immediately regrets bringing up the topic of you and his relationship status after their meeting.
“No! Oh my God, where did you guys get the impression that I’d date (y/n)?”
Izana and Kakucho exchanged glances while Rindou sighed defeatedly. Everybody knows Ran Haitani is an intelligent man, a feared gangster who actually knows how to strategize fights.
But he was very dense when it came to you.
“So you’re telling us that you don’t love (y/n) more than a friend even though the first person you’d think of dragging around is them and not Rindou or anyone else?” Mochi slurred out the words as if the older Haitani can’t understand Japanese.
“Absolutely.”
“Even when they’d cook you and Rindou bentos for lunch? Not when you don’t want anyone to clean up your wounds but them?”
“I don’t trust anyone but (y/n) with those things. They also know what I like so.”
Hanma then reasoned, “So it’s ok for (y/n) to start dating others, then?”
The dramatic gasp from Ran gave hope to the members. “What kind of an idiotic question is that?! Do you want them to get their feelings played with?!”
“You are fucking hopeless, Haitani.” Was all they heard from Muto as he and Sanzu walked out of the room, clearly tired from hearing Ran’s bullshit.
“You don’t get me, you assholes. Do you know what kind of person (y/n) likes? That little shit wants to date someone they can make things with at ungodly hours in the morning, or get cozy somewhere with a book or a movie! They have unrealistic standards, they could get hurt out there!”
The room stilled, on the verge of giving up on the frustrated heavenly king.
“You’re in love with (y/n), you stupid fuck. You’re just in denial because they’re your best friend.” Kakucho sighed as he massaged his temple.
Ran only groaned in response, clearly done with them.
They don’t understand him; it was normal for the both of you to go on café dates and have skincare nights as you dish out gossip. It was normal for him to think that no person deserves you because you were truly a cinnamon roll that’s too pure for this world.
He’s always had your best interest at heart because he’s your best friend. He’s been with you ever since, you both don’t need anyone to change that.
All hell broke loose when you introduced Ran to your suitor, though.
His ears kept ringing while you were rambling about god-knows-what, your eyes shining bright whenever you’d look at the other guy.
And the guy in question, Hiro was what you called the creature, was smiling at you as if you were the best thing he ever laid eyes on.
That was true, but Ran wasn’t adamant about sharing you with some sad excuse of a person.
“Does he even know what type of books you are reading? Does he even know how to read?” He earns a well-deserved smack from you after that, although still whining like a child about your suitor.
“Try to get along with him, please? I don’t want you to think I’m replacing you just because he wants to be with me.” The older Haitani was still salty with the whole thing, but he can’t say no whenever you’d pull out your puppy dog eyes at him.
But getting along with Hiro, or the little shit as he’d call the guy, was becoming a real challenge as the newcomer was replacing him in your life.
You want brownies in the morning? Hiro’s got a fresh plate delivered to you.
You say you want Ramen after class? Dear Hiro’s there to save the day.
There’s some tea you need to spill? Hiro’s already on your couch, all ears.
“I am going to stick my baton right up his ass, he’s going to feel it in the afterlife.” Ran said when he and the rest of Tenjiku saw the both of you walking to your home, hand-in-hand.
“Are you saying you’re jealous of one measly guy?” Shion snorted, only to meet cold lilac eyes that dared him to speak up again.
Ran? Jealous? That’s bullshit.
“Why not be happy for them instead? Aren’t you glad (y/n) finally has someone who loves them?” Kakucho muttered, his eyes fixated on the braided man whose jaws only tightened at his remark.
You are happy and loved, Ran thought. You have him and Rindou and your less important friends to prove that.
But what the fuck did Hiro have that he doesn’t? What were you even seeing in him? It’s only been three weeks at most and yet you practically forgot that the Ran Haitani, your best friend, exists.
Instead of taking Kakucho’s advice, Ran was keen on making sure that Hiro knows his place; that he wasn’t going to amount to anything in your life as the lilac-eyed man does.
Did you want to buy a newly released book? Ran’s got you covered.
Do you want to take a night stroll because you can’t sleep? This particular ruler of Roppongi’s got you.
You want to experiment with hairstyles, you say? Well, there’s a dashing, young man with luscious locks waiting for you.
“Just admit that you love them, for fuck’s sake!” Kokonoi screeched, clearly annoyed with his colleague who was currently contemplating whether or not should he just kick your suitor and call it a day.
It was one of those times that Ran and the rest of Tenjiku would see you strolling the city with your admirer. You were enjoying his company, and the gang thinks the both of you are cute as fuck.
But those weren’t important to a particular man who wanted to punch the daylights out of said escort who had been hogging your attention and affection. It hurt Ran’s ego to lose to some poor excuse of a man.
He grumbled as he saw Hiro twirl you around, giggling like children as you stopped in front of your favorite café-
He was going to fucking kill the both of you. You practically betrayed him when you entered the cute shop with some random dude. That should’ve been him!
That should’ve been him you’re trying new cakes with. That should’ve been him you’re leaning on to as you wait in line That should’ve been him you’re annoying when you wanted to taste his order.
Ran was losing you, and as much as he wanted to be in denial about it, you were clearly in love with that guy.
He had been sulking when you didn’t message him for three days, pouring out his frustrations during gang fights. Rindou tried to console his brother but the former would just brush him off and would just go straight to his room.
He couldn’t even hook up with someone just to vent out his frustrations! For some fucked up reason he couldn’t understand, he was seeking you. He didn’t want anyone but you.
He wanted to listen to your rant and gossip as he drifted off to sleep. He wanted you to cuddle up next to him until you decided that it was time to mix pancake batter and whip up some fluffy pancakes before the sun was up.
He didn’t know what kind of devil possessed him to want you so much. You were the first thing he’d think about in the morning and his last memory as he drifted off in the night.
Ran just missed having you around.
The man almost cried when you finally called him on a Friday night. He was about to talk your ears off when he heard you sniffling at the other line.
“Ran, can I come over please?”
It broke Ran’s heart to see your puffy eyes when he opened the front door. There weren’t any words spoken as he caressed your hair and calmed you down. Your grip on him was desperate, like a child whose mother said no.
“H-He said that it irked him that I have a lot of guy friends,” You whimpered, “He was pissed when I asked him to get along with you and Rindou, saying that we weren’t safe if you guys were around.”
He was right. The bastard was no good for you.
“We fought when I defended you both. He wouldn’t believe me when I said that you were nice and we’d been friends since we were kids.” You then started crying into Ran’s chest.
“I slapped him when he said that I must have been fucking a lot of gang members for me to defend you guys like that. He called me names and decided I wasn’t worth shit and left me all by myself in the middle of the night.”
And you cried in his arms, too heartbroken to do anything but whimper as he tried his best to calm you down. It took a bit of time, but he made sure to cover you in the fluffiest of blankets before knocking at Rindou’s door.
“Keep an eye on (y/n) for a bit. I just need to have a little talk with a certain piece of shit.”
And did it feel so good to finally beat the stupid fuck into a pulp when the older Haitani saw Hiro lounging in a convenience store near your house, courtesy of one henchman. He was giddy as he dragged the man beside an alleyway before proceeding to pound some sense into the other person.
“You motherfucker,” Ran muttered, “(y/n) trusted you so much that they were going to pick you over me.”
Metal on skin resonated in the air as the older Haitani continued, “(y/n) deserves the whole universe and yet you couldn’t give ‘em the love they deserve?! They’re an angel. Angels are supposed to be cherished and treated like gods themselves yet you made mine cry.”
Ran then called up a few of their minions once he had his fun. After getting your favorite snacks at the convenience store, he jogged his way back to the apartment.
It both warmed and broke his heart to have you greet him by the door as you clung to him in dear life. He tossed Rindou an energy drink before waddling with you to his room.
“I’m going to kill him.”
“Of course you do, sweetheart.”
“Gonna sell off to the Yakuza and have him thrown in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.”
“Sounds like a plan, love.”
And as the world slept and you finally drifted off to dreamland, Ran found himself looking at you from his side of the bed.
He loved the way your hand fits perfectly in his. He loved the way you melt into him whenever either person would offer a tight embrace. And he absolutely loved the way he’d do anything for you.
He’d give you every star and moon in the cosmos if it meant he’ll never see you cry again. Especially if your tears were for some unworthy motherfucker.
You were the definition of perfect. You deserve nothing less of it.
That night, Ran found himself accepting the fact that he can’t live without you. He’d rather not love at all too if it meant you’d disappear in his life.
He was more than willing to lose some hours of sleep to whip something up in the kitchen whenever you’d feel like it. He was more than willing to fight any demon that may invade your head from time to time. He was willing to lay his life down for you if it mean that you weren’t going to leave him.
Ran would do anything to see you smile and make sure that your most vulnerable state was for him and him alone. He’d do anything to have you cradle him to sleep every night.
Was this love?
Was love defined as sacrificing yourself for the one you love? Or to put them before yourself? Or to want them to silence your demons and vice versa? Or to make sure their smile never falters?
If this was indeed love, then Ran wouldn’t say he’s in love.
Not until you admit that you loved him first, that is.
Did I just spend several hours over several days trying to find an anime I watched like 6-7 years ago? Absolutely, but I'm not even sure if the one I found was the one I was really looking for bc I watched some weird stuff. (also it's not available on any streaming services).
Legit, half the stuff I used to watch, no one has heard of, so let's all hope that I'm a magician. Also, can we please keep good anime on legit streaming services?????? Just make my life slightly easier.
On the plus side, I rediscovered some good old stuff that I forgot about completely while looking for this specific show so kudos to me.
Tenjiku Boys in the Underground Fighting Scene
Tumblr media
Requested: Okay I don’t have an idea to request but imagine underground fighters tenjiku boys 👀 been having this brain rot for months now😭
OOOh ok well I have mixed feelings on this. One: because I love this idea, but on the other hand I have no clue what I’m talking about. And Two: I can see some tenjiku boys killing this, but some I personally have trouble with in terms of the overall vision. But I’m gonna give it my best shot and remember this is just how I’m viewing this, but I would love to hear what you all think about this, so feel free to add on!
Tumblr media
Let’s start with Izana because he seems like the hardest for me to pin down. I think he would join only if he really needed to. Like I could see him more on the betting side, and I’ll get into that a little bit more with Kakucho, but I think he would take place in the fights if he had to. Let’s say that he’s more on the administrative side of things. Not all the time, but I think he would want a good cut of what’s going on, win or lose. Not to mention, he can make money on all of his fighters in the gang.
Izana would be a “one-hit” type of guy. He doesn’t really like to take too many hits, so his fights may not be too entertaining. Sure, he kicks the other guy around, but he can overdo it too quickly, ending the match. If he has to get into this circle of fighters(?) it’s probably because someone backed out, or no-showed. (Why do I feel like it was Ran?). I also can see him getting in a fight if someone was straight up disrespecting him, which most people know is a rookie move.
Now, my boy Kakucho is a beast. I truly believe that he would kill it. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if him going about this was canon, cuz money. I could see him being the number one pick in Izana’s eyes. I mean he kicks ass all the time, but he just doesn’t make money for it, so why not throw him in the ring and make some quality cash. Plus, he knows how to put on a show. He’s a better’s and an audience’s wet dream. I can see people being invested in his fights.
I wouldn’t say that Kakucho is undefeated, but I would say that is rare for him to lose. He really has to be out of it, or his opponent has to be some kind of monster. The only other case where I can see him losing is if he was told to for betting purposes. I mean, they could make a lot of money by playing the crowd, but I don’t think he would be willing to do it. (Not to mention that would be coming from Kisaki, not Izana, so I really don’t think he would be on board.) Overall, I see him being a strong beast in the ring, or the perfect fighter almost. He makes it interesting and is great at fighting, but he also has values of a fair fight.
Unlike our good boy Kaku, we have Shion, who will not hesitate to do whatever he wants. Now this depends on what kind of fighting ring we have. Let’s say one of the rules is no weapons. Well, Shion is screwed (like Ran). He can’t bring in the brass? Well, just know you might want to place your bet on the other guy. This isn’t to say that he cannot fight, I just don’t think he’s going to be one of the stronger contenders. He also tends to talk a lot. Like he hates arrogant people, but he also lets a win go to his head.
Now, he still is really capable. Shion is like a surprise win. He’s really an oddball and really can make someone lose or win a large sum. I feel like he’s the one that everyone looks forward to seeing because a win can really go either way. He seems like the type to bring in something from outside into the fight. Like I can see him being tested by someone outside this whole scene, and he’s just like “Hey Kisaki/Izana, find a way for me to kill this punk”. I also wouldn’t be surprised if he went too far too many times. Like don’t kill is a rule just to keep this going, but he really pushes that limit a lot.
Ok but Mocchi though??? He strikes fear in everyone. Like he’s huge and his face is pretty scary too. A lot of people don’t want to mess with him. Plus I’m willing to bet that the Haitani brothers are running around telling some crazy rumors about him.
Mocchi gives me “end of the night, we need something really epic to make sure everyone gets what they paid for” energy. Like even if he wasn’t meant to fight, he takes it upon himself to make sure that the people are entertained. He is just like Kaku, but I think his opponents are different. Like, I can just see them thinking way too highly of themselves or they underestimate Mocchi (You just look scary, you’re not that good of a fighter type of person). But we all know Mocchi didn’t come to play around.
People aren’t going to like this but I really don’t think Ran is too great of a fighter here. In this situation, I think he only participates if he’s allowed a weapon, otherwise I just see him as Rindou’s hype guy. Like I fully see him trashing everyone around him, or handling money for his brother, but that doesn’t mean that he won’t fight. He just prefers to watch and bet alongside Izana, that is, until he can bring in his baton.
If Ran is in the ring, I can see one of two things happen: He’s either fighting with his brother, or he’s taken something personally and needs the other person to feel pain unlike ever before. He’s definitely entertaining to watch because I can just tell that he has a mouth in this situation. This is one of the few times that people shut up a little bit to hear what he has to say. It goes from underground fight ring to WWE pretty quickly, but don’t worry because the blood is real and if the situation calls for it, Ran will be sending his opponent to the hospital without fail.
Rindou is one of the better fighters. I can see him being more of an MMA style fighter. Like people look forward to when he comes around. He’s also not invincible. I would say that his win ratio is only a bit better than his loss record, but he delivers some epic blows. When he wins, he wins. It’s entertainment in the most sadistic way. I think he fights to win, but he also fights as a way of getting stronger. Plus he has his brother telling whether he has to win or should lose his fights. I feel like he would really just have fun with this more than anyone else because it plays to his strengths.
Rindou has definitely fought with Kakucho because he was desperate to see what would happen. He really thought he had a chance, but Kakucho is a beast. I wouldn’t be surprised if Rindou continues to fight different people to work towards finally winning against Kakucho. There’s no animosity, just friendly competition, and Rinodu definitely has something to prove. I would also say that Rindou probably likes this scene a lot because it is a chance for him to be better at something compared to his brother.
If people thought that Mocchi was scary, well damn. They haven’t seen Mucho. This man just annihilates. If you want someone to learn a lesson or two, put him in with Mucho cuz they’re about to get destroyed while looking into emptiness. While Shion enjoys destroying people, and it’s pretty obvious, Mucho is just chillin’ and killin’. This man looks so empty as he knocks someone out with one punch. I wouldn’t be surprised if Izana (hypocrite) has tried to explain to him that there needs to be more entertainment. Cue him doing the whole hand on the forehead thing to someone because he thought “this will make that match longer”.
Mucho gives me the exact opposite of Sanzu. All those who bet want to choose him almost all of the time. Everyone thinks he is one of the most significant fighters out there because he just does the bare minimum and gets rid of everyone. It’s terrifying for people to think about. I fully believe that people who watch the fights, do not want to go near him after the fights.
Sanzu really is just like one of the other fighters. I really don’t think he’s offering something epic, other than the fact that he is crazy. Like he has an average win to loss ratio, not because he’s bad at fighting, but I just think that he would leave the match if he wasn’t interested. Like sure, he loves to fight, but an easy loss just doesn’t seem worth it. He doesn’t get to fully let loose, and well a one shot KO just doesn’t interest him too much. He likes the thrill of near death moments, so I feel like to many he isn’t something special, but to those who are worthy of getting to experience his fighting first hand, he is an actual monster.
(This part is me projecting) Sanzu is the type to not mind getting hurt. Like it spurs him on more, and the more he gets hurt, the angrier he gets, but I don’t think that’s too evident. At some point he blacks out a little bit and just starts his savage mode. What’s different though? He has a huge smile on his face the whole time. It's honestly terrifying and throws his opponent off for long enough that suddenly his face is smashed in, and his eyes meet a scarred smile.
Kisaki organizes everything. He never fights. There is no way he’s going to get involved in the brunt of it all. He will, however, tell people how to bet (to boost his own profits of course) and I can also see him organizing or instigating certain fights. He really just wants to see the best possible outcome: total destruction.
I can see him starting something between Izana and some low-life just to see him lose his mind and nearly kill the guy. I feel like that kind of manipulation is Kisaki’s strong suit, but he does do a good job of running things. He may be a bad guy, but he’s good at doing what he does. He has everyone in his pockets, and wrapped around his finger. He really owns the scene.
