A little birdie told me about this bullshit going on in this dead ass fandom. Really? You know who you are and you should be ashamed of gaslighting other fans. But okay. Have your revisionist plot. That’s nice. Don’t drag everyone else down with you. This plot in question is from Welcome to Storybrooke, 2.17. Snow White offers her heart for Regina to crush out of guilt. Regina is busy mourning her serial killer mother. No disagreeing. Cora has killed multiple people by now. She is a serial killer and she had plans to do even worse in Storybrooke. Anyway due to Snow White’s “deception”, her heart is darkened. That’s the rules, I suppose. Even if you intend to save the town and put these people first, you take a hit. The double standards with Snow White and Regina later are FASCINATING when you get into the end of the series, but you know... Kill a horrible person to save your town? OOOH DARK MARK. Murder countless people and never once say sorry, engage in sexual abuse, abuse your child, oh you’re suddenly queen of the goddamn world! Girl boss, am I right? And Regina is having a merry old laugh about that because it’s going to eat at Snow White since all forms of pain and suffering are game for Regina as of 2.17. Those tears are for Cora. Shoving Snow White’s heart back in and leaving her to scream in agony on her front step? That’s how the scene ends and the episode fades out. It’s one thing to have an opinion. It’s another thing to have a belief about your “ship/friendship”. You probably shouldn’t lie to others about what happens in the series. Because you’re manipulating people who just watched it.

That’s creepy. And deceptive. Why do you feel the need to rewrite what actually happened in the plot? Do you need a screencap website so you can go through pictures slowly and see Regina laughing menacingly to prove you retold the episode in order to lie? When you actually live with a Regina Mills in your life? You find Rumplestiltskin very, very refreshing to live with. And this is the absolute truth. The whole truth. The nothing but. Where we’re already struggling to get healthy and realistic relationships for those of us already out here that really represent us, people are writing this bullshit. You’re using their bodies and imagery with your fanfiction and nothing else to get off with. You don’t actually care about what happens to Emma or Henry as their child. And it’s disgusting. You don’t care about the human beings involved. You don’t. You know what, being queer? Yes I am worth better than that. I am worthy of a loving and supportive relationship. Not hate shipping. Not frenemies. Not fucking the woman who has abused your family and you and still doesn’t stop with her verbal abuse. Abuse is wrong. Since I’m already more likely to be abused than others, this is wrong and sets up a dangerous expectation for younger fans for what life is like instead of rational people acknowledging how terrible this is. If you’ve been nosing around on Twitter, maybe you’ve spotted this before me. This really deserves a lot of sharing and if you could reblog it and possibly give anything, even just a little bit, that would be wonderful.

Nobody really understands how much Gabe Khouth was part of their childhood until they really look back on his acting credits. I knew I didn’t until I started talking with him when Once Upon a Time premiered. I was talking to one of the people who had brought some animation to my life. This GoFundMe is being run by his brother Sam Vincent, another voice acting giant. You likely remember him as “Double D” from Ed, Edd, and Eddy. If you missed that, the link is here. I see a lot of Oncers talk about how we’re supposed to be a family and this is a time for us to come together. I’d love to see this goal smashed. If you can’t donate, pass the word on. If you didn’t have the chance to know him, I promise you this was a man who was kindness personified with the best sort of absurd and biting humor. Gabe Khouth

It’s not often we can say there are people who are part of making a show who really cared. They cared about people. They cared about the fans. And they cared about letting the fans know that beneath the costumes, there were humans there ready to discuss what they could. I’d like to celebrate Gabe Khouth. Gabe Khouth had a heart attack while driving his motorcycle on July 23rd *. He was 46 years old.

Most of the Once Upon a Time fandom did its best to ignore, belittle, and say the most vile things when it came to the dwarfs, their actors, and their character development. But it’s all not true. The truth of it all is? They’re wonderful people and Gabe was the most visible on social media ready to engage with any questions and also answer with screwball humor. Dad jokes? Forget dad jokes. It was the realm of the absurd. Millennial humor friendly, Gabe Khouth was there. The man behind Sneezy (and Tom Clark the pharmacist) was truly a compassionate man who didn’t ask for recognition for any good he did. If you’re trying to snoop through his acting roles and charity, they’re not really plastered over twitter, instagram, and other sources. They’re just quietly mentioned because they’re things he believed in. To me, that speaks volumes and shows his compassion and love. He was also willing to listen to those impacted by these issues. In the early days of the fandom, I had messaged him over Once Upon a Time’s messages and we did talk about it’s diversity and how to make it stronger.

Other actors did not do this with me either due to their time or their unfortunate unwillingness. Gabe did it. I want you to know Sneezy, of all people, cared about what diversity and multiple messages and how they impacted different groups on OUAT would sound like when heard by an audience. This was Sneezy. Sneezy cared.

He was peaceful. He liked keeping fans happy while also talking to them and trying to best address their concerns. He was a good person. They don’t make them like this. What most people don’t know is Gabe’s long running career as a voice actor. Some of your favorite cartoons and anime bear his voice with your favorite characters. I was around for the He-Man reboot and that’s how I got into it. That’s Gabe as Orko. My mind can’t comprehend a life without Orko, no matter how annoying he was. I loved him anyway. Gabe was Goten in the original Dragonball Z. Watched 97-98 Ninja Turtles as a kid? We’re saying goodbye to Leonardo. I don’t know how I’m doing this. Gabe was a voice of my childhood. Gabe was always there, if I knew it or not. And somehow to realize how supportive, wonderful, eager to listen, and genuinely funny he was... He really cared about us. The fans. He really loved us. More than us? He really loved his children. He rarely shared them on social media (good call) but he adored them. He was an amazing father. And I can’t begin to understand how badly his family is hurting right now. I can’t begin to know how badly his stage family is hurting right now. For everyone who has truly known him, I don’t fathom their pain, I just know their heartbreak is great only because he sought out to make each and every one of us feel important. So it must be worse for them. I send my love. I send hopes of healing. Most of all, I send the hope that his memory is a blessing to them and it helps the healing in some way. His memories are wonderful for me. Be it sitting up on some day watching Saturday morning cartoons and there’s his voice... the voice I never knew someday would be Sneezy... Or be it the way he would connect with us in a fun or very personal way. You will be missed, Gabe. You were loved, adored, and you leave a hole that cannot be filled as your love for all was great. Your concern for all was deep. I can only hope that we remembered just how much you loved us.

Thank you for always remembering me every time we spoke. Thank you for the little things. Thank you for checking up on me. Thank you for being you. * Fixed for the correct date as I am sad and reactionary and most of us found out yesterday/today and are in shock.

Dark Swan, in her ridiculous Matrix/Blade Runner/WHAT IS THAT outfit still had so much more awareness than Regina Mills and it made me angry. So angry. She’s aware of what she’s doing will hurt people and make them upset. But Emma goes back to remedy situations because they need to go home/beat King Arthur/etc It’s that awareness. You know. That thing where Emma isn’t putting herself first. That’s what always made me enjoy her. There’s so many characters that don’t really put themselves first. And then you have Self Righteous Regina, who was trusted to not use that dagger the way she does and...what does she do the first moment she gets to? How does this fandom manage to do this, by the way? Like no really. The irrational hatred of certain characters makes me very uncomfortable with the OUAT fandom, especially what’s left of it. Because they try to twist feminism in a way I’ve only seen TERFs use it to try and hurt trans people and the disabled. If you are not an action girl wielding a weapon or wearing an outfit a man might be interested in wearing, this fandom has some absolutely vile shit to say about that character. And I mean if you identify with this character in a tiny way, you probably have had a death threat sent to you in the early days of fandom for daring to identify with them. Funny no one got anything for clinging to a rapist but OKAY SURE. And look how we get nothing for the less traditional, softer and more emotional men. It’s pretty screwed up how OUAT tries to scream about it’s feminism when feminism is supposed to be about equality. But I never once saw equality on this show and the fans truly were always that bad. When men were encouraged to be more sensitive, the fans jeered. Or look at Emma and remember the fans who were transphobic when episodes dared to change up her clothing. This is toxic masculinity. Because you insist the sexes must behave in set ways, so therefore you’re following the patriarchy. You’re enforcing the patriarchal traditions of man and woman. Turn in your feminist card, fandom. And maybe think of better arguments. Did you know “I just didn’t enjoy that character, it’s a personal choice.” Is a lot more credible than you lying in meta? Holy shit. Yeah. I’m not a Rumple fan by any stretch, yet I know deep down he deserved better than any of this. And considering all the kissing both Regina and Split Queen (and Zelena to a lesser extent) have tried to inflict on Rumple in some way, this just made me want to vomit. Why would you do this? This is like kissing an ex at a funeral after you had a nasty break up with them and they had a restraining order on you. Rumple was friendly towards the Blue Fairy by S6 while he barely tolerated Regina’s presence. If you’re in denial about it? Get over it. He hated Regina. Even Robert Carlyle is on the record of saying these scenes with any kind of kissing with Lana were incredibly uncomfortable for him. Apparently Bex Mader is a great giggle about it and she’s just as uncomfortable. Emilie de Ravin knows it’s her job but they have chemistry so they just get shit done. This was the most disgusting scene and just reinforced Regina takes what she wants, does what she wants, and is even willing to force a kiss on a corpse because again Rumplestiltskin hated her.
