School is starting, time to fast till dinner every damn day and maintain control cuz ya can’t eat when you’re studying (unless you’re really a pig) and I’m gonna need a LOOOOT of studying this year! School tips time!
📚 Read, whether you like it or not, it’s good for your brain and it distracts you from eating.
📚 Study, especially if you have trouble in a certain subject, even just writing the information on another sheet of paper can help.
📚 Drink 1 16 oz water bottle per class period. It’s worth it.
📚 Carry lollies, mints, or stuff like that for your blood sugar.
📚 Bring TUMS to school or take an acid reducer every day, it’ll keep your stomach from rumbling.
📚 Take your fucking vitamins, drink milk or a diet coke or some such (something other than water) so they won’t make you sick or anything.
📚 Count. Your. Calories. If you have to, look them up at school, they don’t care.
📚 When you get home, do at least 15 minutes of exercise. If you have to, pretend to shower and exercise in the bathroom. Or wait until you go to bed and exercise then.
📚 If you smoke, have a cig while you wait for the bus or walk to the bus stop if you have one.
📚 If you have gym class, eat a piece of fruit before the class, no matter what.
📚 If you don’t have gym or physical activities, fast until dinner then stop eating an hour after dinner. That way, you’re intermittently fasting as well as restricting.
📚 If you have time, drink a cup of tea or coffee, it’ll wake you up and speed your metabolism.
📚 Have a bedtime for yourself. Even if you don’t sleep right away, have the light off and your phone off. If you can’t sleep, you’d better be exercising.
📚 Sleep with your window open if you can get away with it. Chances are, it’ll cool your room down, or at least fill it with fresh air. (Don’t do this if your allergies are bad)
📚 Please, please, please pay attention in class. That shit is gonna show you ways to build your future and futures are good to have. Skinny is nice, but it’s like a double achievement when you graduate and be skinny.
📚 Practice drawing, even if it’s frustrating. It’s nice to have the skill. Draw a lemon or something simple everyday and you’ll get better at it.
📚 Another good skill to have: makeup. You don’t need it to be beautiful(cuz you’re gorgeous as you are) but it’s nice to go out with wicked eyeliner and shit. If you’re a guy, you could be good at makeup to help your gal friends or female siblings.
📚 Unless you dissociate, practice meditiating for five minutes every day, it can be really soothing and stress relieving.
📚 If you get bored, write your goals very specifically on a piece of paper and describe how you’ll reach those goals.
📚 Stay safe and shoot for the moon, my friends!
