How bout Gantu and some head cannons with his wife Y/N🥰 sweet and cute. And maybe some military things too.

Oooooo this is a good one!

1) The man is in constant communication with his partner up until he has to go radio silent. He will check in daily before missions and give an estimated tineframe for his return. If he can contact his mate, he will. If it goes over the estimated time of return, Gantu makes the morbid joke of "Don't sign the benefit package yet, make sure I'm really not coming back 😆"

2) While he's not big on PDA, Gantu has a way of marking his partner and observing the so called competition. Shaeleks (like certain toothed whales and certain shark species) leave a physical bite mark on the female of their choosing. The mark is the entire jaw, somewhere on the body. Sometimes legs, shoulders, tusks, arms, thighs for example (HC for an OC Rachel, it's on her upper thigh bottom jaw on the inner thigh and top jaw across her thigh into her buttcheek. She gets it tatted on her when it starts to fade). Once marked, Gantu is bonded and can keep track of his partner by scent.

3) He can smell changes in hormones and health in his partner. Heart rate he can hear and detect, blood can smell in an instant, and any fluctuate in hormones he picks up. Every morning he presses his snout to his partners neck to get a baseline read, so when he's out and about, he'll pick up the scent and know exactly what he's walking into lol 😆 Gantu has literally walked up to his ship, took a wiff, turned his ass around and ran into town to the nearest fast food shop lmao 🤣 he doesn't know what he did, but he knows if he comes back empty handed he's a dead alien!

4) If there's nothing to do at all, no experiments to catch, no missions or side quests, Gantu and his partner lounge around, chill, or enjoy the waterfall. Day trips to other star systems, little getaways, and just enjoying each other's company. Most days if they're on the ranch in Turo (Rachel HC) there's a bunch of experiments they take care of lol Gantu thinks he's done with housing them, only for more trogs to appear and give the sad puppy eyes lol 😆

5) He loves physical touch when in private. His favorite spot is under the jawline where his tusks meet. It elevates jaw pain and headaches he gets all the time from the change in gravity. Gantu has figured out certain spots on his partner that either drive them good crazy or get the frying pan tossed at him lol Loves to jump scare prank too. He's shockingly stealthy for a big guy and can sneak up on his partner ALOT 🤣

How do you think Stitch might interact with Gantu since they're now on the same side? It's making me curious and I had the feeling they'd both be a little chaotic together LOL 🤣😂

Personally, with the passing of time and all the life events both have gone through... when they finally see each other, it's mutual respect. If we're doing my HC, 15 years have passed since the Shaelek's return to the Federation. Gantu is older, his career is more established as now he's Admiral the highest position of all the Federations armies/airforce, he's been humbled as fuck from his time on earth; he's had Reuben be his Galley Officer to THEE Head Chef of the Federation forces. He's with @mcgogogadget character Rachel, they have this earth style ranch that houses some of Jumba's experiments that couldn't acclimate to earth and bonded to Rachel (she finds those he swears), and life's moved on for him.

Stitch has become a strong ambassador between his cousins and the support they need from the Federation. With the expansion of the Ohana, Nani and David having their family grow, Lilo growing and expanding herself into the academy's when she reaches the age, Stitch keeps his cousins in line and juggles the new kids, which is why he stayed behind while Lilo went to the Academy. He knew his place was still on earth until he could join her.

So when Stitch and Gantu meet again, they are both changed people. There's a strong mutual respect for the other, like two soldiers who haven't seen each other in years meet up again, and go, damn... that shit was nuts. We did some dangerous dumb shit.

If they have to join forces, which let's face it, They will again at some point, both are unstoppable. Stitch's indestructible nature and chaotic energy, Gantu's battle tactics and sharpshooter skills, those two men are just what the special forces asked for... and the GCW is about to have a heart attack lmao 🤣 Gantu even says, if the trial went differently, 626 would have been given a chance in the Federation and probably done well for himself.

The past is the past, the Federation and the safety of the galaxy is what matters most to both men, and they are Ohana in the end. I.e. Stitch faints when he first meets Ox when Lilo brings him home as the guy she met at school lmao 😂😂😂

Chaotic. Hilarious. And special forces to the point of a super weapon themselves together. They both have alot in common and I like to think they'd work just fine together.

With all of his nephews and nieces, think Gantu was ever the 'tickle monster' with them? Or really cuddly sweet with them like he was to Mr. Stenchy?

My take on Gantu is it depends upon which kid he's interacting with. Some kids can handle rough and tumble, some can't. Some kids can handle loud yelling, some crying instantly. Some have no fear exploring the jungle gym, others need a guiding hand and reassurance. He gages how he interacts with each kid cause otherwise everyone be crying!lol

The little toddler younglings when not with their parents are usually being held by Gantu while he's moving the kids to another area like the living room where everyone can keep watch. I'm pretty sure the tickle monster comes out when there's need for toddler distractions lol 😆 Again, him being an elder, Gantu will sing songs in their native tongue about stories passed down from generation to generation. He may not be able to sing earth tunes and notes, but in his native language, while different story!!

The older ones are usually helping him with rounding the young ones and play games. When the young ones are back with their parents, the kid to preteen nieces and nephews are more hearty and rough and tumble lol. Uncle G may have thrown out his shoulder throwing the damn ball too many times to too many kids. Lmao 🤣 There's one or two that just like to hang by themselves and Gantu lets them chill.

My HC for Gantu's first niece (Lyla) and nephew (Ox!l) who are in Federation academy, he's slipping a few credits into their pockets all the time lol Saving up for your first personal starcruiser and pilot license? Here's pocket money. It's a festive holiday? Put this towards something you need, like fuel or snacks. Oh you got your license? BEERRUN!!!! And don't tell your mum!

Physical touch for the big man? Yep loves it when he can get it. When he's with his partner (whoever that be! Self insert baby!), he's chill. If he's decompressing after experiment hunting on the couch, and his partner joins him, Gantu instantly melts into it. Big spoon, little spoon, doesn't matter. Morning coffee at the counter with flirty banter getting ready, he'll press his snout to his partners head/neck to collect their scent for the day. Keep track of them in a way if he's out and a dangerous experiment us around the same area. He can smell his partner and pinpoint their location.

Loves getting under his tusk touched and massaged, relives massive headaches from the gravity changes on this planet. Also they're so sensitive he can detect his partner's heart rate. I like to think it's an vulnerable moment.

So yeah he likes physical touch with the right partner. It's all private, in public he keeps up the distant mercenary persona

In this timeline, Gantu has quite a hefty amount of nieces and nephews ranging from infant/toddlers to teenagers. It's a pod type of family so there's many different age ranges and generations. When a family reunion or holiday happen.... it's massive lol 😆

What cute things he does for the younglings range from bringing small trinkets from his missions, keeps an eye out for anything one of the kids ask him to find (some toy, Keychain, candy bar, rocks, random shit kids want) , watches them during the family gatherings, and when the young ones have too much energy for the adults he reigns them in having them fall in line behind him doing games to burn their energy out. Whether it's silly jumping Jack's, chase tag, or herding them on the swing sets, Uncle G wears them out lol 😆

He's actually a great storyteller. His role being the oldest surviving "bull" male is to pass the stories of their ancestors to the next generation. For his generation, he's become an elder (which you know 625 roasts him for being so old) and makes sure the kids know Shaelekian myths, legends, their ancestors struggles and histories, and what cool things he's seen being in the Federation.

He's a fun Uncle that keeps the kids alive and wears out their energy all the time. His motto really is, "If I could bottle up the energy of a youngling, the whole universe would be powered." LOL

No. Not ticklish. As in the man has gone through how many grueling years of combat tours, missions, exposure to the elements and sustained PLENTY of injuries ranging from chemical burns to broken bones. The Federation military ain't for the weak. That being said, Gantu's skin itself is very hardened, calloused, and overall tough to keep body heat/blubber in place when exposed to harsh elements (cold, water, ect.).

Yes.... because he can "molt."

I see Gantu's species being more orca/whale than shark based(Even though in the past I always called him Sharkman, and even in my first serious fanfic I named him as such). To me he has the design of the pilot whale mix with fin whale, maybe some beluga. These whales especially the beluga and pilot whale (and sometimes the orca and bowhead too) like to go on the shoreline where certain rocks are, and shed their skin. Yeah they have a little spa day and roll around in shallow water to get the dead skin off them. New skin? Fuck yeah that's ticklish as hell!

Gantu would be the most ticklish right after that molting until his tolerance is back up. Idk it would be his luck, but probably that tickling experiment would be activated around that time too lol and you know 625 would be paying her to do her thing lol 😆

My HC is Gantu is older like middle-aged where his siblings are also adults ranging from middle age to young adult (40-20 year range gap between them). That being said, instead of it being his siblings, it's all his nieces and nephews who are also close to Reuben's height lmao. Kids are VICIOUS and don't hold back.

I can see a family reunion, it's massive, Gantu has always been welcomed back to the family but chose to not disgrace the family name (Bettos) by staying away doing the merc work. HC of his older Sister and younger Brother who both have careers in the Federation, back Gantu's decision entirely and think the GCW is a bitch lol.

Reuben gets to meet EVERYONE while Gantu gets swarmed by all his nieces and nephews asking if he brought them anything from his travels. He has no kids (YET) so he kinda spoils them. That type of interaction you posed I can see going like;

I see Gantu's species as part of a matriarchal society, where the mother is really the figurehead of the family. That's in whale pods, that's their survival system. The mother keeps breeding until she has a "bull" male and then it's intermediate between having calves. I'm convince Gantu is the first male born, has a older sister, and a bunch of younger siblings who he constantly (quietly) takes care of from afar. I also think Reuben being as intelligent as he is, completely understands the dynamics and has a few tricks up his sleeve.

When Reuben (625) first meets the woman, he will probably Crack a joke like, "This beautiful regal Shaelekian gave birth to your uglyass mug? My god, Gantu, we should've brought more wine!" That woman would be cracking a smile and a laugh while her son rolled his eyes introducing the experiment to the family. And you know somewhere in the house, one of the younger siblings is busting a gut saying TRUTH! lol

Personally, I think Gantu's mother would get a kick out of Reuben. I see her as a no nonsense, sweet and loving woman who has watched her mate go off to war and her sons who are following in their father's footsteps, make careers in the Military. Kinda like a Jersey/New York mom lol

She would get a kick out of his sass, really appreciate how he keeps an eye on her eldest son, and would probably make him an honorary member of her pod when Reuben says her home cooking beats his "mom's ". Oh yeah he would have no problem fitting in lol

And Gantu would say, "This is why I never bring dates back here, y'all cray cray."
