I would just like to share why I fell in love with the ocean🩵

Last year I went through something most people wouldn't see in multiple life times. Basically so bad that I can't sleep when my husband isn't home because ill have night terrors over it.

And a couple months ago I got an injury to my back that stopped me from doing anything I love like boxing, biking and lifting.

I was stuck in bed and unable to do anything.

One day my husband said it was a good day and we should go for a walk on the beach. During that walk was when I realised how much I love the beach so i went home and I watched a documentary on ocean creature it was then I just haven't stopped and it gives me a different perspective on life...
