How i think i got back into my honeymoon era

The honeymoon era is the time of your ed where strving is easy, losing weight is easy, you feel very motivated, and you have full control
—> How i think i did it
For the past few weeks ive been
- weighing every morning
- counting every single cal
- interacting with lots of ed content
- creating lots of ed content
- having a good mindset about strving (im not suffering rn im being clean, and healthy.)
- not binging (i can make a seperate post on tips not to binge)
- surrounding myself with safe food only!! (i can make a post on my safe foods vs fear foods)
- stopped saving “ill start tmrw” “ill do better next week” no. Today is what counts, ever single day matters!!!
- slowly lowering my intake, started at 1k, dropped to 800 and now im trying not to eat over 500
- using my ed to trigger myself (that girl gave me a weird look? Its because im fat. I need to be thinner)
- looking at clothes id love to wear at my ugw
- looking at spo of people my cw vs ugw
- drink water + coffee, cut out sweets (trust me i know how hard it can be to cut out sweets, i work at dunkin surrounded by sweet coffee, caloric food and donuts. But the minute i stopped eating and drinking during work the minute i noticed a change.)
- i vape, and vaping suppresses my appetite a lot.
- set certain times i can eat (since i work 5-12 its easy for me but it can be a struggle once i am home, so i usually sleep, or occupy my time with something else until i can eat)
- brush my teeth when hungry, mint and food dont mix!
- take showers (obvi cant eat in a shower)
