Cue question marks over both their heads...

and yeah thats how hinata shoyo realised that his roommate thought he was dating kageyama Tobio all along.

kageyama tobio is the happiest when Iwazumi becomes their personal trainer. he literally trots to him like a chick to its mama just to say hello (optional: ask a question)

it doesn't matter what iwa is doing

he could be in a conversation with someone and tobio would come into his vision, bow/nod just because he saw Iwazumi. and iwa being iwa always says, "hey, kageyama", no matter what he's doing. he's very confused but never missed to acknowledge him

sometimes, just sometimes, they talk about oikawa's achievements / injuries and kageyama visibly has such mixed feelings about it

"are you worried?"

"will he be able to play?" says a very frowny and reluctant tobio

"after a weeks rest, yeah"

ryuu ropes them both into helping during the planning phase, shimizu makes sure they’re seated together, tsukiyama go outfit shopping with hitoka and advice her into buying a suit that somehow matches kanoka’s dress perfectly.

(cut to the wedding and they can’t take their eyes away from each other during the reception, and kanoka can’t help but ask for a slow dance together)

(fem) kuroyaku who bicker so often their acquaintances start to think they Genuinely dislike each other. but then they’ll catch yaku carrying kuroo’s bag at any given chance. and catch her holding kuroo’s drink while kuroo is too busy fixing her hair. and catch her having hair ties exclusively for kuroo, who always forgets them.

yaku: she is the bane of my existence and i need her dead. [laying her jacket on the floor so kuroo can sit and rest when they’re at a line that takes a second too long]
