Spicy chicken ramen, 1 cosmic brownie, and 2 cups of milk (because I'm a wimp when it comes to spicy foods but I still love this ramen 🤤)
Total Carbohydrates: 135g
Total Protein: 30g
Total Calories: 1,030
What do Carbohydrates do? They are a naturally occuring sugar that is an important energy source that also helps breakdown foods that fiber can't! It is the human body's main source of fuel, without it you'll feel tired and will experience constipation/gut pain. Plants and dairy are good sources of carbs.
What do Proteins do? With also being an energy source, they also help oxygen travel through your blood and promote tissue repair/mussle growth. They also improve bone density, boost your metabolism, and help make antibodies to fight infections and illness. Without protein you will feel fatigue, swelling, and your hair and nails will become brittle. Beans, meat, and dairy are good sources of protein.

I woke up at 5am to have a decent breakfast before work. Today's breakfast includes: Breakfast Essential's protein chocolate milk, low fat greek yogurt + bananas and cinnamon (added on afterwards), and 2 cinnamon Toaster Strudels.
Total Carbohydrates: 122g
Total Protein: 25.3g
Total Calories: 735
