My second ever beaded medallion I made for my amazing partner @chaotic-zora ✨💕 I love being theirs and I wanted to make them a medallion of their Zora OC Thresh. This thing is HUGE and I put so much work and time into it. I may not be that active in the Loz and Zora scene but I'm really happy with the few pieces I do make.

My piece for submission to the softboysclub_ / softpublishing zine for "Rest and Resistance Zine".

I couldn't wait to share this one. I've been holding off making Taíno art for worrying my art wasn't good enough or some invisible barrier of perfection. But overcoming that little voice to just make the art reflect me, as it is meant to anyways. Celebrating how much culture and people are. I've been focusing on the Mexican side for awhile but I want to get better about depicting my Puerto Rican side and not be so anxious.

So just as Resting and Resistance is important, so is embracing all sides of ones self. This is how I will rest, the way my ancestors did. Full of love and light for myself and my people.

Also yes I did give the little coqui chilling some t scars cause I thought it would be cute ✨😏

Sooooo I created another Zora OC to rp with my babe, love of my life @chaotic-zora and Axel romanced Thresh first and then ended up falling for Nyvor and then is now betrothed to Silvyr too. It's funny/cute how quickly things spiral when you're married and playing in the sandbox of OC's. Anyways this was a silly quick sketch that ended up turning into a full piece.

Axel is the blue fish in the middle, he is a pirate captain father of an adopted adorable child, and this is his first time dating and now he's IN IT.
