unfortunately i found the ghoulie's slurping noises So fucking funny tho i was like it's unfortunate this is like the First Main Incident with the horror ramping up because i was perhaps experiencing the opposite intended response to it FHAJDJJSDJSK

i hateee doing character design it's so unfun for me DHSHSJ alas i wanted to make a bill for my child self. before the show ended she had visions of a postcanon sitcom au where bill just moves into the shack but is NOT redeemed or magicless or anything he's just There Now. and bill tries out a human form out of curiosity, taking pointers from mabel and her collection of celebrity tabloids lmao

okay so series of events. completely on accident happened to get really into epic: the musical like RIGHT after the last saga dropped. couple days later my friend who convinced me to give it a try wanted to watch troy (2004) together. and every time odysseus came on-screen i'd say "hi, ody :)" but for the entire 3 hour movie my friend thought i was saying "coyote" and didn't question it at ALL until the credits were rolling

so ummm now coyody is just perpetually scurrying around in my mind that's all happy first art of 2025 everybody LMAO

SIGHHH THAT TIME OF THE YEAR AGAIN IT SEEMS. lil fucked up this is the first time in YEARS i went whole months unable to finish an artwork. alas. however i manage to still feel pretty good about my progress this year because of gravity falls, it motivated me to try a lot of things i'd been avoiding :] i made an animatic! i've got a bunch of comics and animatics in my drafts when i normally don't even try to start them! i also really like what drawing gf fanart is doing to my line confidence, so a bonus i think ^^

WHAT BRUSHES DO YOU USE YOUR ART IS SO YUMMY

HEHEHEHE THANK YOUUU erm okay so i just use procreate's default brushes and the ones i've been using the MOST lately are odeon, gloaming and syrup, but some past favs i've also used a lot are derwent, chalk, ink bleed, oberon, and gesinski ink :3

also w odeon i had to fuck around in its settings to get it to quit doing the whole multi-color thing and i think all i did to accomplish that was go into color dynamics and kinda just turn everything in there Off??? i believe anyways?????
