Ingredients
1. Oil -1/2 cup
2.jeera little
3.bay leaf -1
4. Cardamom-2
5.Cinnamon-1
6. Cloves-4
7. Star anise - 1
8. Onion - 2
9. Peas -11/2 cup
10. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
11. Salt - 1 tbsp
12. Green chilli paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
13.methi leaves - 1 cup
14. Coriander - 1 cup
15.Pudina/mint leaves - 1 cup
16. Water -4 1/2 cups
17. Basumathi rice - 3 cups
Instructions
1. In a cooker add
oil,jeera,bayleaf,cardamom ,cinnamon,cloves,staranise and
mix well
2. Add onion and Green peas mix well ginger garlic
paste ,salt,green chilli paste ,methi leaves,coriander leaves,
mint leaves and mix well
3.add water while boiling add rice and close the cooker lid and
3 whistles
4. After 3 whistles open the cooker lid and mix well serve

Restaurant style channa masala gravy is made with simple
ingredients and it's best combination with poori chapathi and
can be serverd with flavored rice ,jeerarice and can be serverd
in breakfast ,dinner and lunchbox
Ingredients
1.channa -2 cups
2.oil-6 tbsp
3.jeera-1/2 tbsp
4. Cinnamon-1
5. Cloves-2
6. Bay leaf-1
7.onion-2
8.cashew -8
9. Ginger garlic paste -1/2tsp
10. Tomota -3
11.water-1/2 cup
12.ghee 2tsp
13. Kasturi methi -2 tbsp
14.water -2 cups
15. Salt-1tbsp
16. Turmeric little
17. Red chilli powder -1/2 tbsp
Instructions
1. Ina a cooker add Overnight soaked channa and add little salt
and close the lid 5 whistles
2. In a Kadai add
oil,jeera,cinnamon,cloves,bayleaf,onion,cashew,ginger garlic
paste tomota and mix well
3. Add water and till it evaporate after water evaporate
completely let it cool down
4.grind the onion tomato smoothly
5. In a Kadai add ghee,kasturimethi,and grinded paste mix
well
6. Add water ,salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and
finally add cooked channa and mix well and serve it

Instant Rava avarekalu uttapam is very easy tasty quick recipe
for breakfast dinner and lunchbox . Rava avarekalu uttapam is
soft inside and crispy outside
Ingredients
Oil-6 tbsp
Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
Jeera-1/2tsp
Onion-2
Avarekalu-1/3 cup
Hing
Salt
Green chilli-1/2tsp
Curry Leaves
Chiroti rava(fine rava/semolina)-2 cups
Rice flour-1/2 cup
Curd -2 cups
Water-2cups
Salt
Cooking soda
Instructions
1. Ina a pan add oil,mustard seedsjeera,onion roughly chopped
and fry till golden brown then add avarekalu and fry for 3 min
2. Then add hinge,salt,green chilli paste and curry leaves and
mix well and keep aside till it cools
3.In a bowl add chiroti Rava,rice flour, curd,water,salt,Cooking
soda and mix well
4.In a hot pan spread batter and oil medium flame till it turns
golden brown and flip other side and transfer to plate

Soya bean shallot jeera shamba ghee rice is made with simple
ingredients and quick , easy recipe for breakfast , dinner and
lunchbox
Ingredients
Soya bean -2cups
Ghee-tbsp
Bay leaf -1
Green cardamom-2
Cinnamon-1
Clove -4
Shallots-1 cup
Green chilli paste - 1 1tsp
Salt -1tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 2tsp
Coconut milk - 2 cups
Water -2 cups
Jeera Sambha rice-2 cups
Instructions
Add cups water in bowl .while boiling add 2 cups of soya
bean after 3 to 4 min soya bean becomes double in size
squeeze excess water from soya and keep aside
2. In a cooker ghee,bay leaf,green
cardamom,cinnamon,cloves,shallot,green chilli
paste,salt,ginger garlic paste, coconut milk, water, while
boiling add jeera sambha rice
3. Close cooker lid and 3 whistles and after 3 whistles open
the cooker lid and mix well
4. Finally soya bean shallot jeera shamba ghee rice is perfectly

INGREDIENTS
OIL - 6 tbsp
Shahi jeera -1/2tsp
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom-2
Cinnamon-1
Cloves - 4
Bay leaf -1
Onion - 4
Garlic & ginger - 1/2 tsp
Overnight soaked cashew
Overnight soaked & peeled almond
Water
Green chilli paste - 1tsp
Butter -2 tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Sugar - 1tsp
Pepperpowder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Kasturi methi- 1 tsp
Panner -200 grams
Fresh cream-4 tsp
Instructions
1. For Creamy malai paneer Curry
In a Kadai add oil,shahi jeera,black cardamom,green
cardamom,cinnamon,cloves,bay leaf,onion,ginger garlic
paste,Overnight soaked cashew & almond fry them then then
add water after water absorbed let it cool down
2. For mixer
Add cooled mix and add Green chilli paste grind smoothly
without adding water
3. Final step
In a Kadai add butter,grinded paste ,salt,sugar,pepper
powder,garam masala powder,kasturi methi,panner,finally add fresh cream
Serve restaurant style creamy malai paneer Curry /white
