I think I’ll take a small hiatus from RP. I have family coming into town this coming week and a lot to do since we are in the middle of building a house.

I also haven’t been feeling as welcomed (?!) in the fandom lately. I don’t know why it feels as such, but I just… I’m not sure. So I’ll be back in 2 weeks, but lurking ooc.

Sweat had gathered along her smooth, unblemished brow as she worked diligently over the fire. Cooking was not a specialty of Victrola's, but she enjoyed it nonetheless for it was a good excuse to get everyone around the table, together. It was always so nice when everyone could get away from the mundane tasks of training or whatever else it was they all seemed too busy with. With age came responsibility and it saddened her soul, truly. It wouldn't be long before most of them were either sworn in or sent of elsewhere for studying or whatever else there was.

Just then, she heard the door creak open and she looked up with a relieved smile. "You made it! Well come on then," the young elf smiled brightly. "Everyone's in the den with their ales. We waited for you!" With a cauldron of bubbling stew, she followed the newcomer into the room where everyone was waiting. She hurled the pot onto the table and hurried over to the keg. "To friendship," she said, handing him/her a fresh mug. "CHEERS!"

"So," she said after settling down. "Have you figured out your path yet?"
