Self Love & Confidence Spell

What you’ll need:

a mirror

a piece of rose quartz

rose buds or petals

moon water

a small bowl

**You can also use rosewater charged in the moonlight in exchange for the rosebuds and moon water.

Best days to perform this spell:

Fridays

On a waxing or full moon

What To Do:

1. look into the mirror while holding the rose quartz

2. say “Rose quartz, teach me how to love myself;

Teach me to love my imperfections,

To embrace my beauty, in and out,

Teach me how to be confident;

To speak sweetly and highly of myself”

3. place the quartz in the bowl with the rose petals and moon water

4. let sit in the moonlight overnight

5. dispose of the water and the rosebuds in the morning

6. kiss the quartz whenever you need a boost of confidence
