Fancy Footwork Save The Dates | Martha Stewart Weddings
They say that save the dates set the tone for the wedding - well anyone receiving this invite will know that they're going to be in for a good time! There are four different 'steps' you can choose from - fox-trot, waltz, salsa or cha-cha. If you're having a Classic Wedding, the fox-trot or waltz would be sweet. Though who could resist just sending one - it would be fun sending all four types, and getting people chatting about which one they received (and maybe encourage folks to learn the steps for the big day!)

Wedding Programs | Wedding Bee
There is a lot of downtime in weddings. Waiting for the bride, waiting while the couple signs the certificate, waiting while they take all the wedding photos... so having something fun for your guests to do is a kind thought! Wedding Bee has three templates for you to use - a mini quiz, a mad lib or a cross word. Then attach a little pencil to the base and you've got a program everyone will be talking about!
Perfect For: any wedding! Just match to your colours and theme.

Flower Crown | Green Wedding Shoes
If you're not wanting to carry a bouquet of flowers, a flower crown is a great alternative. Have your bridemaids wear something similar or tuck a flower behind their ear.
Perfect for: Garden Wedding, Woodland Wedding

Beach Wedding: go for a crown of flowers such as frangipanis or daisies and incorporate some beach elements like faux starfish or shells.

Bright Umbrella Backdrop | A Subtle Revelry
When you're having your wedding in a garden, you don't need much more decoration - the beautiful surroundings might be all you need. But having a focal point for your vows like this parasol backdrop would be gorgeous, especially for photos. Plus, you could buy more of these parasols to hand out to guests, a welcome addition on a sunny day!

Ribbon Wands | Project Wedding
More and more venues these days, venues are not allowing people to throw anything at weddings - whether it's rice, flowers, confetti, etc. So you're pretty limited to what you can use! These ribbon wands are a super fun alternative - and should be pretty easy to put together. Have a attendant hand them to people as they leave or pop them in buckets at the entrance for them to grab themselves.
Perfect for: Carnival Wedding, Handmade Wedding, Garden Wedding
Make It Yours:
Roaring Twenties Wedding: Spray paint your sticks gold and attach gold and bronze ribbon
Vintage Wedding: scour for vintage ribbons and trim like pom pom or lace

Vintage Boutonniere | My DIY Wedding Day
I love this boutonniere so much - it makes me think of vintage tattoos! This is perfect for your carnival wedding - it's colourful, fun and a little bit kitschy! And better yet, a keepsake for the groom to keep afterwards.

Pop Up Paper Cake Decorations | Martha Stewart Weddings
I think this cake is a perfect example of how you can have a gorgeous cake that doesn't cost a million. The cake is just a simple white fondant covered one - meaning you could make different flavours in each layer if you so wanted! Plus you could tuck in flowers or add your own cake topper.
Perfect For: Garden Wedding, Handmade Wedding, Carnival Wedding
Make It Yours: this DIY can be adjusted for any wedding theme - just choose the colours to reflect your colour theme!

Vintage Cake Toppers and Favours | Once Wed
If you're a collector of vintage bits and bobs this project is perfect for you. If you're making these as favours, I wouldn't recommend it for a big wedding (I think you'd go a little mad trying to make 100 of these!) but if you're having a small, intimate do, these would be perfect.
Perfect For: Vintage Wedding, Garden Wedding, Handmade Wedding
Make It Yours;
Classic Wedding; instead of using bits and pieces for each favour, go for a consistent, cleaner look by using the same decorations for each one, i.e. A little white bird with a white arch and a white base.
Woodland Wedding: Use a small wood circle for your base and a branch for your arch. Using woodland themed pieces for your decoration - little mushrooms, acorns or squirrels!
