Well given that on the Artstation link you shared says this was for a fan game and that I have faint memories of seing this artwork before on the LVA Discord Server.

No this isn't official art Liam made, rather fanart that mimicked his style really well. Plus Liam has his own website where he has posted his art for Let's Split Up and none of this is on that website. (liamvickers.com in case you're curious)

If the unnamed Left Hand subjects (i.e Subject 104, 105, 617, 301, etc) had names, what do you think they would be?

To be honest, I'm not good at coming up with names. Though I do feel like Sam is a fitting name for 617, short for Samantha or Samara.

301 could be Heather. Perhaps Emily for 104 and Su (Susan) for 105.

And I definitely didn't come up with these names as I was writing this.

What the heck is the Miasma virus?? And why would Cold deliberately infect herself with it? Like, is she NUTS!?

First off yes, Cold is nuts. It's the defining character trait that differentiates her from the sane Sarahs.

Second, it has been a while since I researched the Miasma virus so some of the information I'm about to give may get a few things wrong. With what I can recall, the Miasma virus is a vampiric virus that infects people through cuts/bites.

Though despite being a form of vampirism the Miasma virus is much more like a stereotypical zombie virus, causing flesh to decay and the body to rot. However whoever is infected practically becomes immortal, and although the host of the virus will lose their sense of self the being that remains still retains notable intelligence levels; such as knowing to avoid Kali in PuppetGAME because she absolutely destroys them.

As far as I'm aware, the Miasma virus doesn't have the stereotypical weaknesses other vampires have such as sunlight, though I may be wrong about that. If you want to know more about them I suggest watching Vampires in Romania on SSTWL since that's where they first appeared.

As for why Cold would deliberately infect herself? She's insane and obsessed with being with John, therefore she's willing to anything to be with him and will kill anyone she views as a threat to his safety or someone that will "steal" him from her. So when you're dying in the snow and the sentient WMD is walking towards him with the intent to murder him, turning yourself into a nigh unkillable monster at the price of what little sanity you have seems like a logical choice.

Why does Sarah have bunny ears in PuppetGAME? (Not Cold Sarah, Sarah Sarah)

There's no direct answer for this since it never got explained by Liam, but I think the reason why she has bunny ears in her PuppetGAME theme is because she was originally the co-host of PuppetGAME before Ponder betrayed her and turned her into a contestant.

So I believe the bunny ears in her music video was supposed to be foreshadowing for this fact. In other words, Liam was teasing the reveal before it happened.

When you grow up in a post-apocalyptic world where the only form of government is more focused on fighting against voids in the war than maintaining law and order, chaos and anarchy is bound to grow beyond anyone's control.

The Ruined City is one such city, and if were to be known for anything, it would be know for its abhorrent gang violence and sexual degeneracy.

Ellipse is one of the few friendly faces you would want to encounter, a self-taught doctor that is the only source of healthcare within the city. However, even if you yourself are a patient, you should be be prepared for an onslaught of sexual innuendo's and questionable poses to come from her; especially if you happen to be a dude.

Despite this though, Ellipse is a strong believer in consent and won't do anything drastic without permission. Though… close observers may be able to glean that her horny persona may actually be a mask covering up a soul experiencing great emotional turmoil.

But with Ellipse, you can't ever really tell what she's thinking.

Voids are beings of mysterious origin and nature. They manifested on Earth 300 years ago, during the age we refer to as The Old World. Not much is know about Void behavior or society, what is known is that every single one of them has the ability to shapeshift and phase through solid objects. Furthermore, all Voids have superhuman strength, easily dwarfing the might of machinery and animals alike.

Conventional weapons have zero effect on Voids, the only known weakness being glowing stones known as Light Crystals, which can be utilized in many different ways to harm or stop a void; i.e. using the crystal as a lens for lights.

The subject depicted below, a Category 2 Void, has recently escaped captivity. Although Category 2 Voids are unable to construct explosives or building structures from their bodies like higher Category Voids, they are still extremely dangerous. H.P.V.E.G. soldiers should always exercise high caution when dealing with one.
