A great home yoga practice! I usually do my own flow, parts of the Ashtanga Primary Series or just stretching, but this morning I went back to this free app I used to practice with, called Downdog. Great flow and cool challenges you can build up for yourself. Probably the first time eating salad as a meal this winter 🤣 _____________________________________ Egyszerű sali. Spenót ágyra került koktél paradicsom, savanyú uborka, Aldis mogyoró keverék (keau, mandula, mogyoró és dió), Sütőben sült fehér répa meglocaolva mustáros öntettel. 10 perc alatt elkészült. Fight assessment done. 🗡🛡 It is always a mixture of two feelings: achievement and sadness. I will really miss sword and shield which became my favorite weapon system to fight with thus far. But I feel achievement underneath, from both me and my partner who fought this weak through with health problems.
