PoE+ provides up to 30 watts of power per port, supporting more power-hungry devices such as PTZ cameras and advanced wireless access points. Also referred to as IEEE 802.3bt, PoE++ extends the power capacity, offering up to 60 watts (Type 3) or 100 watts (Type 4) per port. This is suitable for even more demanding devices, including video conferencing systems, LED lighting, and high-performance wireless access points.
