i know this is gonna sound sickeningly sweet but josh dun saved my life and for his birthday i wanna thank him so much for everything he did for me without even knowing. everything gives me a lot of anxiety and i’m overly fearful and josh helped me feel understood and safe and most importantly he taught me so much things and to cope with what i feel. i knew abt this band in my lowest and i felt a connection with josh that i didn’t feel with any other famous person in all my life. i’m so thankful that i met him cuz he made me what i am today and bc of him i know that everything will pass eventually and that i can get better. i’m so much better now.

and for you out there reading this, stay strong. :)

a year from that moment and i still can’t get over the fact that they booed at oldies station. it makes me so sad, so disappointed and so disgusted. tyler wrote it for us, and if you don’t like then that’s fine, but it has a beautiful meaning and that’s all that should matter. it talks abt the passage of time, the problems that don’t disappear, are always there, but you learn how to ignore them and become better and it talks abt overcoming fears and pushing through the dark moments of your life bc it always gets better and in the end, you realize every effort you made was worth it. it’s so fucking beautiful and so fucking undervalued it’s unfair.

tbh i wasn’t fond of oldies station at first bc the first thing i notice in a song it’s the rythm and the instrumental, but when i analized the lyrics i just loved it so much that i listened to it on repeat for months. and it’s not that the instrumental is bad, but after listening to songs like vignette or midwest indigo it kinda surprises.

okay everyone saying abt the longer hair in the contract mv but… what if it was shaved and tyler showed up in london BALD after letting his hair grow all the tour long. i would have gone CRAZY
