long time no see buddies 🙈 it’s my first #ride in #Istanbul,Turkey (yeah I moved here for some time). It was pretty cool along the Bosphorus at 6:30 am! I brought my bike here long ago, but hesitated to ride in Istanbul because of the traffic jam they have. I think I'l do it regularly now on :). Yeah I have a new passion also #running ! I started running on December 2015 and now I do long runs. I like it very much so far. It is really something that clears my mind and makes me stronger.

My new year resolution accomplished! Tour de Has/Prizren 78 km ride :)

my baby works perfectly fine... for two seasons now, no service needed.

ride over 1,300 m high with this baby! broke my personal record 🙌.. total 45 km.

Vrapimi, sport qe nuk e kam dasht (nuk mundem me thane qe po e du hala). E fillova ne dhjetor te vitit t'kalum, me shume per me e mbajt performancen ne dimer, pasi nuk po mundem me dal me biciklet. Tashme u bene 2 muaj te plote, ka perparim te dukshem, por ende eshte sport i merzitshem 😊. Kete rruge ne foto me heret nuk kam mujt me e ba as 2km, me ndalesa te shpeshta.Sot hera e pare i vrapova 5.7 km, pa asnje ndalje (po gezim i madhe 😜). Po, vrapimi shume aktivitet i merzitshem, por pasi po e arrine qellimin, po e kryn aktivitetin, nuk mundet me u pershkru ndjenja 💪. vazhdojm ..

Annual non competitive bicycle tour called Tour de Culture 2014 - 50 km journey, more than 200 cyclists, and all the fun that comes along cycling :) It's my first time in this tour, I most likely will attend next year too!
