Можно небольшой вопросец? А почему вы переводите губернии как "province"? Провинции и губернии были разными региональным единицами, та же Пермская провинция Сибирской губернии (Perm province of Siberia province, получается? 0_о) =/= Пермская губерния. Разве не правильнее переводить как "guberniya" (по аналогии с уезд - uyezd) или "governorate" как в англ вики?

(Простите если прозвучало грубо!! Тут правда лишь вопрос из-за интереса, потому что я правда не понимаю)

Если честно,я сама не знаю как правильно,так как английского не знаю и могу ориентироваться только на переводчики,которые выдают разные переводы.Мне чаще попадался вариант "province" как перевод слова губерния. Возможно и впрямь стоит переводить иначе или писать guberniya.Во всяком случае спасибо за вопрос 🤝
