came back to say amongst all the haters of this cover i am a lover bc gojo is exactly the type of person who would meet death with a goofy smile if it'd bring him closer to his most precious person (the volume being titled "to the south"... the flower being connected to geto's birthdate x x x x... the snow signaling a date/season they both share... the shade of blue for their past)

with gojo, geto and even kenjaku dead, do you think satosugu's story is completely over? because for me personally, if this is the end of their story, it feels kinda unsatisfactory and inconclusive. i hope we get more content and there are so many questions about their story that still need to be answered. i dont expect gojo's censored last words to geto to be revealed ever but i hope we get at least a somewhat conclusive ending.....

yuta and rika are battling sukuna soon. since she is born from love, i suspect sukuna (who does not care for it) will bring up how she came to be
which will lead us to the matter of last words that has been present throughout most of the series
if gege will ever address gojo and geto's words to each other, the upcoming battle might be his best chance (thematically, like a throwback to jjk0). presuming geto's body is also collected and gojo and geto are laid down next to each other (sometime during or after yuta/rika's fight with sukuna). anyone could bring the subject up (shoko who gojo trusts, kenjaku who might not be dead after all)
frankly, even if gojo comes back to life by himself for whatever miraculous reason, the opportunity to reveal the last words still stands,
bc at the end of the series, there's the fact that at least one of them will need to be mourned. yet another opportunity to expand on gojo and geto's relationship,
or so i hope! so their story gets a proper ending in the living realm too.

it's really so them. . . better to have felt those emotions than not at all. for someone like gojo especially who has a hard time connecting with others. love really shaped him.. he says it's a curse bc it's such a blessing to have had it to begin with.
