How to lose weight easily without diets and exercises?
Today I watched a Russian youtuber and he told how he lost 12 kg. With a height of 183cm, he weighed 100kg. To lose weight, he ate everything he wanted, but 2-4 times a day. (it is better to eat only 2 times a day) Every sip of any liquid other than water also counts as a meal because blood sugar rises.
So just eat 2 times a day what you want (drink soda and other liquids only with meals) and drink water throughout the day and you will easily lose weight.
Btw, this weight is kept stably, in contrast to the cases when a person goes on a diet loses weight binges and is gaining more weight than it was before.
