Thursday 6. Sauted potatoes with artichokes and bean salad. Today dinner included dessert zabaione, it was delicious.

Wednesday 5, meatless day. Veggie salad and zucchini and champignons pasta.

Tuesday, 4th of July. Eggplant, zucchini, sweet peppers and cucumber of our garden

Monday 3rd of July. I prepare some dishes to eat with tortillas, wraps, but I forgot to take pictures. Anyway I also prepare a hot sauce with Cayenne peppers... It's hot!!!!

Sunday 2, vichyssoise, fried peaches with the meat and potato salad with artichokes

Saturday July the first. A creamy zucchini risotto was the star of the meal, the cucumber salad we couldn't miss either and breaded chicken.

Friday 30, good bye June. It turned out a very nice dinner. Filled tomatoes with goat cheese, cucumber salad with yogurt, meat with sweet peppers and onions and couscous with turmeric and mint. Hope that in July the garden starts to produce seriously.

Thursday 29. Pork Chaw mein for dinner with cucumber salad from our garden. I also preserved some grape leaves to do Dolmas later, ideally the leaves should be cut in spring so we'll see, I'm looking forward to use them.

Wednesday 28, my personal version of the ensaladilla a Spanish potato salad. Less potatoes and more of the rest (carrots, sweet peas and eggs) plus sweet peppers and black olives instead of green.

Tuesday 27. Zucchini of our garden with pasta and carrot salad.

Monday 26. This is the nth time I try to makes rösti.. It didn't turn that bad, it was gold and crusty, but the middle part lack crustiness... Maybe next time. The beet salad was really good with chives and sweet peppers and s vinagrete of sesame oil.

Sunday 25. Chickpeas for salad with cumin and coriander and clafoutis for dessert. The cherries are at their best!

Saturday 24. Spaghetti with tuna sauce and cucumber salad Oriental style: vinegar, soya sauce, ginger, sugar garlic and olive oil, I know it would taste better with sesame oil but....

Friday 😃😊😆 today's dinner was nothing extraordinary.... But we tried the home made chilipepper sauce made by fermentation. It took around a month, is lightly hot and tasty.

Thursday 22. Our first batch of zucchini, just sauted in Olive oil with peppers and tomatoes, light ideal for the weather. Veggie salad a delicious way to eat your 5veggies a day.

Wednesday 21. Today is the summer solstice.... It's going to be a warm summer. The cucumber production is already on, so I decided to give it a try to pickling. First cucumber sweet pickling, the brine tastes good, we'll see about the rest.
