There are so many things that I really enjoyed about that Switch 2 Direct.

God I like how I said I wanted to make an effort to start posting more of my art but then hadn't

I have more arts coming, I am just also patiently awaiting Deltarune Chapter 3 & 4

Hey everyone! Just wanted to apologize for not posting as much through January! Lots are happening!

but I just wanted to mention that there are fires happening near where I am and that I am doing okay, just a lot of smoke is affecting the area.

I'll for sure be on top of it if things change but! I wanted to let you guys know my current situation!

I'm glad I've gotten to a point where I have my single player games, and I now have some little online multiplayer games I can play.

There's just so much fun games to me and in some contexts a lot that really help get ideas flowing! Or some that are just fun because woa!! holy shit lookit these two guys from different medias!

Like most recent single player game for me was Shadow Generations and god that's such a fun game. I already enjoyed based Sonic Generations but Shadow Generations really kicked it up a notch.

And now there's stuff like, I really enjoy Destiny 2 and the sort of magic and abilities in that game really help me think of things that I'd want!

and with Fortnite, I recently started playing that game and the last few seasons were a fun entry point! And a new season is out now and things got overhauled and it's just! fun!! enjoyable! I can imagine out fun playful little scenarios and so many other things it's just great :D

The fun thing about Mento is that the design for them does come from my own personal tastes, but the 'philosophy' behind the design stems from my character Mint a lot since he's still my most favorite character I ever made and still use to this day.

If it weren't for him, my version of the Lamb, or other characters who I will post soon wouldn't have this particular flair that I enjoy.

But the thing I am debating is if I should make a new blog just for character asks or if I should revamp my old ask blog or not.

I forgot to type this up earlier when I first watched the Nintendo Direct, but man that was a pretty solid Direct, it was really enjoyable to the me :3

Mini thoughts:

They really just up and revived all three of the Mario RPG's within the span of a year huh??? Super Mario RPG, Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, and now a really cool and stylish looking Mario and Luigi game in 3d???

HELLO KITTY ISLAND ADVENTURE IS FINALLY FREE FROM APPLE ARCADE, It's such a small thing?? but that game looked so cute and I was so sad that it was locked to Apple Arcade... but now it's coming to Switch!!!

I have so many thoughts on The Thousand Year Door Remake.

But the main thing I wanted to express was how happy and excited I am for this. And how much I fucking love the new additions they're doing.

How much I love that they took some of the good parts of Modern Paper Mario and Injected it into an already great game.

For Example??? The new song arrangements are heavenly, and!!! We are getting new songs too because each area has a new battle theme???

And not only that??? The intro segment of the song changes based on if you strike first, if an opponent strikes first, or if you passively start the battle??

That is so fucking awesome!! Like I don't own this yet but I am already so fucking hype and I know I am going to enjoy it so damn much.

There's also a new quick travel room?? Fuck yes!!! An option to play with the original Gamecube Soundtrack?? Good addition right fucking there!!

There's so much I have to say and yet?? I feel like we haven't seen everything new yet and I can't wait for that.
