When able, using the bathroom in quads is an amazingly liberating moment. This is, of course, just our experience but it is one that does positive things to our mental state and our connection to our inner self.

TW: Suicidal Ideation, Self Harm Mention
Fuck. Yesterday was rough. Everything is rough. We want desperately to be free from the mental anguish and inner turmoil that comes with being stricken with seemingly half of the symptoms of every personality disorder on the planet.
We sat there in the tub imagining the slow fade out of slitting our wrists in the bath tub. Feeling everything fade away including the pain. We didn't end up harming ourselves due to lack of time to find everything involved but it ran through our mind too much for us to feel safe. If our partner had not been there as quickly after as he was it might have been different. We love our spouse but their demons are playing poorly with ours lately and its really sending us through the ringer. We are not in a safe space and we are definitely at risk of an untimely end if we cant find a way to fix or cope with this.
