My little one, my mini-me Maisha is 7 years old! I can’t believe how much she has grown. She is an artistic fashionista who loves school and riding the bus with friends. It was so awesome having James’ family visiting us from Sweden. Nora - power athlete, Emilia - endurance athlete and Johan - strength athlete all had a blast! They have it all!! What a week we all had… we started the month with a partner workout… how much fun we had! Then the snow came along with a freeze which shut down all of our studios in Oklahoma. Thank God for OrangeTheory Live @orangetheoryliveunited … we had the best week in our 17 month history thanks to all of the members who took the plunge and loved it! We kept out Transformation Challenge momentum going and thriving! My baby girl turned 6 today! Can’t believe how much she has grown! Maisha is full of grace and humility for such a young lady. She loves ballet and coloring and even showing an interest in music/singing. She loves everything princess and LOL surprise. She’s one of my biggest cheerleaders and loves to root for all the @orangetheorynicholshills members during DriTris. We are blessed to be her parents. I’m so proud of her as a father and look forward to who she continues to mature into. The sky’s the limit for this little princess. What an incredible week! It was an honor and a blessing to be able to coach 5/8 days off this experience! It was also a wonderful challenge to work out next to you all @orangetheorynicholshills @orangetheorynwokc & @orangetheoryedmond . Thanks to all the incredible members (especially @hyuenaco & @shaddieb for keeping my feet to the fire and accountable to completing all 8 of these crazy workouts). Thanks to all the coaches that got me through all of the workouts and provided the energy and guidance to get us through… @jpj_ok @levisuchafox @thekhairi @maryy_anderson @tanacordy @msosanya & Coach Chris of OTF Edmond. Thanks to all the studio managers (namely @erc9300 and @nadiajenchassi and staff for decorating and holding everything down including getting the coveted shirts out in such a timely fashion. We could not do it without you! Most importantly to all of the members for coming out and participating in all of the theme days/ giving your best effort in these extremely challenging workouts. Had a wonderful birthday with friends and family yachting, enjoying a great meal and seeing some of the sights. Got #birthdayburn as well. I will share i our excursion pics tomorrow. @otfdubai was very accommodating. Coach @abukhouri was great… the staff Dixie @chinchen1.0 and Irfan made me feel at home! Treads were setup with km/h so I ran 20km/h for today’s template… that’s 12.4 mph… has to make sure and bring the noise on the run/row workout. The members hung out after class and took a pic with me. They didn’t have to do that but that’s what our OTF fam does “globally”. Looking forward to more adventures in the coming days. So many of these amazing individuals take classes at their local studios and others are taking these online classes exclusively. Either way we are all getting a phenomenal workout! If you’re on vacation / business trip / stuck at home due to weather, lack of access to child care or just not test to come back into the studio this is a wonderful option for you. What an awesome evening of classes! Let’s welcome our newest members to the family... Melissa R. @melissarice825 who is a close friend / colleague of my wife Virginiah. It was so great to have her in class to experience the energy/culture in the building. Looking forward to her reaching her goals. As you can see my whole family came out the celebrate with her. The 5:30p was the largest attended class since we closed down our studios. The energy is the room was palpable. They all crushed the calories while climbing those hills, all out rows and 10 rep sets in the weight room. Again just great classes/members all around. So honored to be part of the fitfam! Happy Mother’s Day to my mother (Renee), grandmother (Eunice) and wife (Virginiah) who have endured so much and had to sacrifice so much!
