I was a teen mom lol I was 15 when I got pregnant with my 1st son & 16 when i had him lol

the beauty of having a child young is getting a little bit of freedom back at 27 when they are both at school all day 😏 although i do not recommend having a child as a teenager. i don't regret having a baby young but you definitely should wait til you are older and financially stable.

luckily i had a lot of help. & most teen parents don't stay together because as you get older you grow into different ppl. having a baby DEFINITELY tests your relationship to see if you guys truly can make it work together. sadly a lot of ppl break up after having a baby. having a baby changes your relationship. and it either changes it for the better or for the worst. thats another reason why you shouldn't have a child very early into a relationship (under like 3 years of being together i think).

i got incredibly lucky. my kids' father actually did end up being the man i want to spend my life with. and he is an incredibly involved parent. even when we were apart for a couple years. he's been an amazing dad since he was in highschool💜 & i'm even more in love with him than i was when i was 15🥰

but like i said, having a baby as a teenager isn't ideal. i got very lucky when it comes to my situation but that's not the reality of every teen parent. sorry for the long answer, i just try to educate ppl on the reality of being a teen parent every time i tell ppl about it because its A THOUSAND TIMES harder than having a baby as an adult.

As a mom, which age was harder for you? Toddlers or baby/newborn?

every stage is difficult in different ways, but in my personal experience as a mom of 2, my toddlers were a lot harder lol

my youngest still is a toddler but he's about to be 5 so he's almost out of the toddler stage and about to start kindergarten in the fall.

every mom is different and every child is different so this question really is a matter of opinion. some moms find the newborn stage harder. it all depends on the mom and the child.

motherhood never gets easier. as ur child grows they face different challenges in life. right now my oldest is 11 & now i'm dealing with the snarky pre-teen attitude 🤣 he's a very well-behaved boy 99% of the time, but he definitely gets sassy sometimes lmfao its to be expected now that he's in middle school lol
