Since some sinner's appearances, or what objects/animals/etc that their forms are based on is based on how they died (eg- being mistaken for a deer & shot) how did you die for your form to be based on a moth?

Ugh... I'm going to try to type the answer as I remember it because I don't usually think much about that...

I was drugged or drunk... or kinda both, it couldn't be anything else, I was almost always in that state since so long.

It was nighttime, I was driving, and the last thing I saw was a moth fluttering around in my car. I got distracted because it reminded me of someone who liked that insect... then suddenly, I saw the blinding light of a truck's headlights in front of me, and that's the last thing I remember before everything went black. I guess I drifted into the opposite lane at some point...

Ha! Funny, the last thing I saw was a moth and then a light that led me to death. And I don’t even care about moths... they’re whatever.
