‘I thought you might need a little distraction.

‘That's why I have to ride with you? Don't you have a team party to be at?’

‘Maybe, but I think they'll be fine without me.’

Lando snorted & he couldn't help but drop his head against Carlos' shoulders. The final sign of giving up.

‘I was an arsehole. No, wait. I am an arsehole.’

‘Maybe. But I kind of understand you.’

Lando got along with everybody.

Of course, some people find him more annoying than others, but in the end everybody enjoyed the company of the young Brit. His carefree laugh, his Humour, and his smiley little face. He was truly a sunshine.

Over his four years in Formula One, he made his friends. George and Alex still there since karting, a lovely Spanish man since his first day at McLaren, a grumpy Dutch one, where he honestly doesn’t know how that happened and so many others. Still, he didn’t expect them to care so much when he hit the wall.

A little sneak peak of what I want to post in the following weak. Didn’t thought it would get angsty but here we are. Still trying to improve my language skills, but I’m getting there!

Hello I’m new here! Who am I? Good question. I‘m a big formula one fan with a big heart for Carlando. Why am I writing here? So i want to connect with people who have the same interests and i want to write more Oneshots on AO3 and maybe try a bit more out with my non existing English skills!
