absolutely obsessed with margaret encino as a character build. 0 fighting abilities but THE mvp of the party. she tries to shoot someone once and gets a nat one. she gets hit for 4 points of damage once and wails in pain for the whole rest of the fight. 19 hp but she can do things with her cell phone i couldn't pull off with a nuke. maybe your minmaxed oathbreaker paladin can deal 60 damage per turn, but can they secure healthcare for their whole party? can they offer a $2,000 signing bonus? can they stop a fight with a single click of a button? didn't fucking think so.

I mean, what else is there to say? Dimension 20 - On A Bus was one of the greatest first episodes of D20 to date. Incredible players, stellar setting, and AMAZING DM-ing by Katie! For a first time running a game, she absolutely NAILED it. I had my doubts, but if there's anyone who can fill Brennan's American Girl Shoes, it's her. @dropoutdottv @dimension20official @gamechangershow, if you need someone to do character art for the new season, I'm your man!

RANT: THE AO3 AI GENERATED FICS FOR THE TOP 100

Not something I would usually post here on this blog but here we go!

It has been revealed that one of the ships got it onto the top 100 ships on AO3 by someone utilizing ai generated fics to spam the tag.

It's honestly disheartening that people (usually my age) view AO3 as a fucking social media app rather than an archive where hundreds if not thousands of user dedicate their writing to something they genuinely love.

Polluting the website with ai generated fanfics that no one will read nor was written by anyone is truly a new low and for what??? A ship??? Are we DEADASS??? You only care about the fuckass numbers that shouldn't mean THAT much to you, it's honestly pathetic and sad.

Seriously I get you for loving a ship so much but are we really going to dickride the living shit out of a phony ass bot to make u a gazillion amount of fanfics just for some ranking. It's actually frying me omfg what the fuck.

hello hi hey im sure im not the only person to point it out but it didnt seem to be noticed in the episode itself so i HAVE to say:

Brennan read out Comfrey's script for her transmission, we got to hear the whole thing clearly. Right?

BUT.

Back in episode one, when we hear it for the first time all staticy and scrambled, there is one bit at the end that is NOT in the transcript, it was NOT read out this episode.

"If you're hearing this, Van, Monty, Junker... Daisuke... I'm sorry. I never should have attempted it without you."

After everything we've learned about Comfrey being sus as fuck this episode, about her wrecked relationships with all of the old (PC) Wind Riders, I cannot get over this. This part of the message was unscripted. Something about the situation made her add it last second, just in case the old crew could hear her. I'm going crazy.
