Some of us struggle more than most and have to fight a little harder for our happiness and mental well being. . Having a mental disorder has made my life a little harder than most but it's also taught me that I am a lot stronger than I give myself credit for. Some days are harder than most. And some days are down right unbearable. But I have yet to give up. I can only hope and have faith that my will to live and be happy will always outweigh my struggles and will to give up. . People wake up, live their lives have good days. They go for walks, with their dogs. They make epic plans with friends and loved ones. They live. . Suicide can be snap decision that is triggered by anything. YES! ANY.THING!! It could be a loved one telling us they love us or a small loss. Yes Sometimes it takes a colossal incident to trigger and sometimes it simply does not. . It can be snap a decision made whilst the ones you love sleep in the next room or while you text the one you love. . . We need to learn how suicidal tendencies can present themselves beyond our ignorance and prejudice to the topic and subject. By listening and learning any bit and a little more. Even looking for the tiniest triggers and signs can save a life . .
