Hmm has Emmet ever had to be the one to deescalate a violent situation? Like do Ingo's job of protecting the passengers because Ingo wasn't there at the moment?

If so, what was the result of that? Did Emmet get hurt? How did Ingo feel being late to protect his passengers and brother?
