The Great Lakes Diary is a project I created based on the book “The Living Great Lakes” by Jerry Dennis. The way I interpreted his stories and moments were very childlike and were wrapped in nostalgia. The lakes are held close to my heart as I grew up in Michigan and spent many of years making memories within them .
