Journal entry, In 1872 I was lost, on the run from the posse that was wanting to hang me for killing the local preacher. What they don't know was he molested the kids and raped the two neighbor girls when they came to the church after their mother passed away. The dirty bag deserved a slower death.

I was what seemed like days in the desert, sleeping in caves, avoiding bandits and hostile Indians. I was about to give up, stumbling through a narrow path in the valley, when I saw movement. It startled me, but what came around the corner stunned me.
