Water fasting and working out, to get under 56,5kg
I have been consistent for over a year with a bit of Weight gain
Day 0: 56,5kg (28/12-2022)
Plan is to water fast ( where black coffee is allowed) i also will get rid of all the unhealthy snacks and alcohol. If Its not in the House, i cant consume it
Need to Walk 10k steps

Second round!
Goal is now 52-53kg - i am starting a new job soon and i would like to look good. My ultimate goal in life regarding my body is to feel super sexy naked. That is what i thriving for. 
Day 0: 58,9kg (29-08-21)
Day 1: 58.3kg (30-08-21) (-0.6kg)
Kind of weird but i am excited to look sexy for my bf - like buying sexy underwear and actually feel great naked and good about myself. 
Day 2: 57.8kg (31-08-21) ( -0.5kg)
Had a few glasses of White Wine 🥂
Day 3: 57kg (01-09-21) ( -0.8kg)
Met with my friend and had some wine again. I also had pasta for dinner but walked 13km. I had a good mental day, so I don’t mind me eating and drinking. Still under 1000 calories.
Day 4: 56.9kg (02-09-21) ( 0.1kg)
Goal 1: 57 kg ( 01-09-21) ✅
