What do I do with my life?

I am heading staight towards a great carrear opportunity. All I need to do, is finnish my thesis. But all days pass by without any progress. I’m incapable of anything to do. Why am I like this? I am once again completely empty of motivation. But this time without any reason. Will this come back every year now?
