species dysphoria tips for a spider, not including any crafting/handiwork, requested by anon

depending on your specific spider type, wear sweaters/fuzzy clothes like leg warmers or fluffy socks

make blanket forts to simulate hiding in your web

wear silk, also to simulate the web

research local spiders

go outside, search for some local spiders, take pictures, and try to identify them!

wear fake fangs (i'd recommend cosplay fangs) or fake piercings (like snake bites)

learn to walk quietly, as spiders are very light on their feet

if youre able, go on a run/jog, since most spiders are very fast

hang fairy lights, which can look similar to a web

if you don't already wear glasses, buy a pair of blue-light glasses. they may not do much health-wise, but they can help you feel as though you have more eyes
