Horrifying to think about the impunity of the West. Horrifying to witness Western terrorists dehumanizing whole communities and then audaciously couching it as a necessary stepping stone to peace. A city was continuously bombed and put under seige for over 21 months in the name of Jewish safety, and the West upheld the opinion that this is not a genocide.

The problem with having a child with an attorney that has spoken to the child like an adult since birth is that she's 4 years old and she's negotiating the order in which we're going to complete tasks as a family to best suit her idea of an ideal day.

now feels like a good time to reiterate that Iranians have been martyred by america + israel already, both empires that possess nuclear weapons, and that Iran does not have nuclear weapons. so now is not the time to joke about america getting nuked-- any retaliation on Iran's part is justified and the only way we escape this situation, but Iran is not going to nuke us, because the entire premise that Iran has nukes is how america justified bombing them and also the exact same rhetoric we used against Iraq and how we killed my countrysmen when there was again no evidence of nuclear warfare. Leaving aside that any variation of "this is happening because leftists wouldn't pinch their nose and vote for the lesser evil™" about the bombing of Iran is just factually untrue (Harris made it repeatedly clear that she considered Iran a threat which she would make a priority to stop with military force, and Democrat presidents don't exactly have a track record of being more opposed to bombing middle-eastern countries than Republican presidents), it's just such a perfect demonstration of first-world ghoulishness how so many self-proclaimed progressive americans will see people in another country get bombed and their first thought will be "I should use this to votescold other americans" before the bodies are even cold.

islamic relief worldwide's gaza emergency appeal - provides food, water, hygiene kits, medical supplies, and psychological support

baitulmaal - provides a variety of necessities, including food, water, shelter, and medical supplies

hygiene kits for gaza - provides hygiene supplies including menstrual products, wipes, and toothbrushes/toothpaste

anyway you should always remember that all those foreigners you see dying on the news are just as real people as you are who have just as much interiority as you do. there is nothing about you that makes you more important and it is by pure chance that you are not in their position. in fact, this holds for all of history. every person, no matter the horror of the fate that befell them, had just as much interiority as you do. i feel like some people haven't fully internalized this.
