A delightful twist on traditional pizza, this grilled version features the smoky flavors of the barbecue, complemented by the sweetness of corn, the freshness of cherry tomatoes, and the aromatic touch of basil.
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup fresh corn kernels. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and place it, oil side down, on the preheated grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown and has grill marks. Brush the top of the dough with olive oil, then flip it over on the grill. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the grilled side of the pizza dough. Evenly distribute the fresh corn and cherry tomatoes over the cheese. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Carefully remove the grilled pizza from the grill and transfer it to a cutting board. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil over the hot pizza. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Slice the grilled pizza into wedges and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious Grilled Pizza with Cheesy Corn, Fresh Tomatoes, and Basil!

This French Onion Soup Burger is a delicious take on a classic burger. It has the rich flavors of French onion soup and a juicy burger patty. This burger is taken to a gourmet level with caramelized onions, Gruyre cheese, and a flavorful broth.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 2 large onions, thinly sliced. 2 cups beef broth. 1 cup Gruyre cheese, shredded. 2 tablespoons butter. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the butter and olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring every now and then, for 20 to 25 minutes, until the onions turn caramelized and golden brown. Add the flour to the onions that have already been caramelized and stir them around constantly for another two to three minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Turn the heat down to low and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the broth has thickened and reduced. Add pepper and salt to taste. While the onion soup is simmering, make four burger patties out of the ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can grill or pan-fry the burger patties until they are done the way you like them. When the burgers are almost done, put a lot of Gruyre cheese on top of each one and cover for a short time to melt the cheese. To put the burgers together, put one patty on a hamburger bun and top it with the caramelized onion soup mix. Serve right away and enjoy!

For Classic Texas Caviar, canned beans work just fine; there is no need to soak and cook them. But instead of using bottled dressing, spend a little more time measuring your own vinegar, oil, and seasonings.
