Cemil'in Yeri Akdeniz Camping
Tumblr media
Cemil'in Yeri Akdeniz Camping, located by the Köyceğiz Lake near Sultaniye Village, is a wonderful place with its calm and nature. Akdeniz Camping is actually a restaurant, but they use its garden as a camping area. It is a great place with the locals of the region running the business with their warm-faced behavior. The business is definitely not a venue with the thought of making money. They try to help you in every way they can. Everywhere in the business is sparkling and immaculate. Everywhere, from the toilet to the kitchen, is cleaned frequently during the day and they ask their guests to behave with this meticulousness. For those who will go with their families, the environment is quite shabby, it is not cold at night, you can easily take your children and go to the area and enjoy camping. There was no stove in the area when we went, we recommend that you take your own tube when you go. All the materials needed for the barbecue are available at Tevfik Bey. Please share your experiences and thoughts about the Cemil'in Yeri Akdeniz Camping to help other people who are looking for a camping place in Turkey.

Thutmose III ruled the Egpyt between 1479 to 1425 before Jesus Christ! Obelisk of Theodosius is older than two and a half millennia! Story of Obelisk of Theodosius The original idea of bringing the obelisk from Egypt to Constantinople belongs to another emperor, Constantius II (BC 337-361). He was decided to bring this 20 meters tall obelisk from its home to the Constantinople.  Obelisk left on the banks of the Nile River after taken from its original location. Emperor Julian (BC 361-363) wrote a letter to the people of the Alexandria and ordered them to bring the obelisk to the Constantinople. This part of the story is a little complicated but there are some thoughts that the obelisk brought to Athens first. Because Emperor Julian was killed in Athens. Finally, obelisk brought to its new home to the capital of the eastern of the Roman Empire. At that time Obelisk of Theodosius was 28 meters tall but now it's around 20 meters only. Because of some part of it's gone missing some time. Journey to the Constantinople Bringing the obelisk to the hippodrome wasn't an easy job for the people of Constantinople. Butterfly Valley: Spend Your Holiday with Nature
Tumblr media
Butterfly Valley or Kelebekler Vadisi in Turkish is the home of the diverse butterfly species and unique holiday destination for the travellers. This valley is a corner of heaven where green and blue meet, where you will throw yourself into the lap of nature who has managed to remain virgin, still in 2020. However, if you don't like the cliche words and definitions, I can define Butterfly Valley to you more briefly. It is a magnificent natural beauty that has preserved itself among the high hills in the village of Faralya in Fethiye. Butterfly Valley bought by the Anatolian Tourism Development Cooperative in 1987 from the Faralya villagers and declared as a first-degree natural site on February 8, 1995. This is the essential reason that the valley remains protected. Where is The Butterfly Valley? Well, Butterfly Valley is located on just about 8 km south of the Oludeniz. But it is not very simple to go there. Butterfly Valley is not a place that you can just get in your car and go to your hotel. The only way to go there is to use the ferries departing from Oludeniz. Of course, there are some alleys that go to the valley from the main road, but they are too dangerous. Also, it is not possible to get down with your luggage. So, if you want to go to the Butterfly Valley and spend a couple of days with the hearth very virgin nature, you should go to the Oludeniz first. Going to Oludeniz is quite easy for everyone. Eiffel Tower: Experience The French Icon
Tumblr media
In the beginning, Eiffel Tower was thought only as a temporary structure but it became one the most famous building in the whole world. Eiffel Tower was meant to be on the stage for 20 years to celebrate the French Revolution in 1889. It takes two years to build this iconic wrought-iron lattice tower on the Champ de Mars in Paris. Name of the tower comes from its creator engineer Gustave Eiffel. Eiffel Tower is 324 meters long which is equal to almost 80 storey building and the tallest structure in Paris. Construction of Eiffel Tower The original design of the Eiffel Tower belongs to Maurice Koechlin and Emile Nouguire who worked for the Compagnie des Établissements Eiffel. The tower was designed as an inspiration from the Latting Observatory in New York. I won't write so many things of details about the pre-construction phase of the tower but it was a quiet event for the French community to show the world the power of the French Revolution. Construction of foundation started on 28 January 1887. East and south legs of the tower ere straightforward concrete slabs. West and north legs are more engineered than the other. Maybe you won't see any differences on legs today but hard work performed to make the thing rights during the construction. There are huge limestone blocks to support the ironwork. When you go up to the tower just thing what lies under the tower the keep it standing :) To make the tower more secure for its visitor lifts were also designed and constructed. Read the full article
