Antigua and Barbuda:

Even though the Red Cross is Questionable, Ticketing, an app developed by Antiguans, is collecting donations in-app and all funds received will be donated to the joint efforts of the National Office of Disaster Services and the Antigua and Barbuda Red Cross.
